Perfect stay near Delaware beaches

The location is exactly as shown in the pictures. I would give it a 5/5 for cleanliness, nice amenities like coffee and laundry detergent, and overall comfort. My only regret is that we spent most of our time at the beach and not much time at all at the property. :) I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled 10 hours to see the beaches up and down the coastline. It was cool and rainy the 3 days we had there and our car was in the shop one of those days. The condo had so many books, movies, games and everything to make the stay nice. It was very clean and well stocked. It was close to good restaurants too. Highly recommend to others.

Melissa was wonderful arranging an early check-in for us. The condo is cozy and comfortable, we loved the pool. I wish it was closer to the beach, but we knew ahead of time that we would have to drive. I have to say that we never had any problem with parking (we downloaded the ParkMobile app) and were always able to find a spot within a few steps of the beach.

Great spot - good location to bike or walk to beach. Exactly as pictured. Spacious and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the decks for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails after the beach. Very quiet development. Would definately recommend.

Beautiful and well thought out rental.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the property. Besides being invitingly furnished, it was wonderfully bright. The only downside is the third floor location. Being eighty, the three flights of stairs presented a bigger daily challenge than anticipated.

Our group of four (two in their twenties and two in their fifties) thought this condo was perfect. The layout is great. The screened-in porch was delightfully shady in the afternoon. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The development overall is just lovely. The pool and tennis courts were a big bonus. Thank you! We'll be back, I'm sure!

Loved this condo and would stay here again. It was exactly as described. Very clean. The location was perfect for accessing Rehoboth easily. The only recommendation I would have would be to switch out the Queen bed in the master for a King. The room is spacious enough for it. The community was nice and quiet, which was great considering how close to the action you are. Would definitely recommend.

Many amenities were provided to our surprise-soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues, sponge. This place was spotless. Beds were comfortable- only thing was it seems the master bed is a full not a true queen- would be nice to have a king in there. Quiet community and very clean. Would stay again for sure!

Our family of four had a fantastic long weekend stay. The home is exactly as pictured and is the cleanest, best-organized home that we’ve ever booked. My husband and I traveled to Rehoboth Beach with our 4 year old twins. This property is super clean and spacious. About 10 minutes by car to the beach and lots restaurants to choose from. Melissa, the property contact was amazing and there to help whenever needed. Would love to visit again.
