Located only 50m to the lake, 200m to the beach and within the coasts most sought after seaside suburb of North Avoca, Mediterranean inspired `Sea La Vie` offers stunning sunny, fully fenced private yard, spacious bedrooms and an easy flat walk to Avoca`s cafes, restaurants and shopping, or a 3 minute drive to the bustling lifestyle hub of Terrigal. Designed with plenty of room for everyone to escape and chill, and boasting ample space to come together, this perfect entertainer`s home is in a small secure complex and will have you relaxed within seconds of your arrival. Master bedroom contains a queen bed with built ins, Bedroom 2 and 3 contains a queen bed with built ins and Bedroom 4 contains a double bed.

On request Sea La Vie is a pet friendly property and while we love to have pets with us on holidays there are some conditions that apply to help respect and have a well-
maintained property. Pets are not permitted inside any of the bedrooms, on any furniture or cushions. Max of 2 pets under 10kg each.

Good stay, but could be better

Our stay was good, the property is in a good location, it's spacious and has some really good rooms. However, some of the rooms were a little less clean than others. The upstairs bedroom close to the toilets in particular. It looks like spiders are able to come through the screen and go inside the room. The window area needs a bit of clean to get rid of the spider limbs and spider webs. Other than that, the area was good and clean. Would definitely book the place again in future.
