Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Plenty of room and beds for 7 adults. Convenient location. Close to Universal parks, airport and other attractions. Host was extremely responsive. Received incorrect pass code to property at checkin however host was responsive and provided updated code quickly. Overall very nice stay!

This home was a great place to stay for our three days at Universal Studios. The location made it easy to get to and from the parks. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only suggestion we have is better and more towels. The bathrooms did not have hand towels, nor were extra wash cloths or towels available. All in all, though, we were very happy with our stay.

The house itself was ok. Neighborhoodis a bit sketchy, shots were fired in the area during our stay. The bedroom situation is a little weird because you have to go through a bedroom to get to one of them. Smelled overwhelmingly of floor cleaner when we checked in and took a day to wear off a bit. The house is a little run down but overall seemed clean. There was a significant lack of towels. Good points are that its not super expensive and close to Universal which was a plus for us.

the host was fine. house was clean, the neighborhood felt a little sketchy, however we never had any issues. with 4 of us there we felt safe enough. we had a great time there. the check out process was very easy for us only had to take out trash and unload the dishwasher. really appreciate being able to rent this property.

I was very delighted when we arrived. The location is not far from airport, and within minutes of all theme parks. The home is nice. Day one I noticed a couple of things that I brought to the attention of the host. The host came to rectify my issues, even went as far as switching my unit. The second unit was beautifully remodeled, and I was thankful. The host was very nice, and I feel like I have a friend in Orlando and when I go back; I will reach out for lunch. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate me and my son during our stay. See you on our next visit.

The rental was exactly as described, an older home with updated interior. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised and very clean with all linen, pillows and covers provided. The bathrooms could have had more towels given we had a party of 8 and women needed 2 towels each, 1 for hair and 1 for body. Not a big deal as we could wash towels in the laundry room. The kitchen area was clean and had all advertised amenities to prepare and have meals. The dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker seemed to be new or were well kept. The washer and dryer came in handy and were in great working order and condition. The living area, tv, dining area, and wi-fi was great for hosting our party of 8 people to include enough bed space for all. The only couple of items I would mention that could be improved upon are: 1) accessing the house via the key lock door was challenging at times as it took multiple attempts of entering the number to have the lock activate and open. When I did contact the owner via phone they were quick to respond and assist; 2) we had sugar ants on the kitchen counters in the mornings, even when we had nothing on the counters; 3) as mentioned I would recommend more towels for a larger group in the booking. The location of the rental was AWESOME as it was convenient to the Milennia mall, restaurants, and Universal studios. The price was outstanding, though I would mention the area it resides in is very noisy with heavy traffic and unpolished.

The house was on a quiet street and the neighborhood was wonderful. For the amenities; not much. They didn’t provide coffee filters, garbage bags or laundry detergent. Other than a few inconveniences everything was good.
