The Space:

- The unit has a wonderful private pool and is accessible through the living room and one of the master bedrooms.

- The first floor has a smaller living room with a TV and a foosball table!
- 6 full bathrooms and a half bathroom for the 7 bedrooms in the unit

The unit is located within just 7 miles of the famous Walt Disney World Resort area, this collection of exclusively designed vacation and townhomes boasts many amenities unmatched in Central Florida.

The house itself is centrally located in the gorgeous Solara Resort area which means guests have access to the amenities of the house and the community! Apart from Disney and Universal studios the area has easy access to a dazzling array of restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls- so that’s something for everyone.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the house during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The central location of the unit provides a lot of value in terms of a time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family because the community offers resort-style amenities like:

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really good restaurants and shopping centers. Here are some of the most visited places in Orlando:

Theme parks:
- Disney - 20 min drive
- Universal Studio - 30 min drive
- Seaworld Orlando - 25 min drive
- Fun Spot America Kissimmee - 22 min drive

Shopping:
- Orlando’s Premium Outlet - 30 min drive
- Premier Outlet - 37 min drive
- Lake Buena Vista Factory Store - 22 min drive

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The house is plushly furnished over two storeys with 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, a private pool. All stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for safety and comfort.

Free Wifi & Cable, Free Parking, Linens & Towels provided for guests.

The unit is located in a community which provides 24/7 gated security.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:

- Travellers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $750usd will be charged before your arrival and refunded 5-7 days after your check out and once the property has been inspected for any damage. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted.
