Beautiful townhouse, with 3 sizeable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and under cover car park.

The house is perfectly situated in close proximity to beach, coffee shops, Cowes shopping strip and supermarkets.

This beautiful family getaway is equipped with comfortable beds, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, big Smart TV in a beautiful living area. Other features include reverse cycle, split system air conditioning in the living area as well as evaporation cooling system all around the house. The master bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV , walk-in-robe and an en-suite .

NEW- Home office setup: High speed broadband, two Office desks and additional monitors have been added in case guests are interested in working remotely or learning online.

Enclosed courtyard at the rear, outdoor furniture setting and Weber gas barbecue.

Bedding Configuration

Townhouse is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): One Queen and one sofa bed

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One set bunker beds and one single

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers. Guests can bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $40 per queen and $ 30 per single/ sofa bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events.
The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

Perfect for family and great location

We had a wonderful stay with our family - a great size and set-up for families with children, pet friendly, and just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Romina was a wonderful host and was very responsive to queries diring our stay, and the check-in process was smooth and detailed.

Beautiful large townhouse conveniently located close to town but also in a quiet area away from the chaos during the MotoGP weekend. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need plus more, very clean and comfortable and much bigger than we expected. The hosts were extremely professional, lovely and great with communication. We honestly could not fault the place and would highly recommend for the perfect accommodation in Cowes.

Lovely house in perfect location

Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Had everything we needed and was in such a great location so close to the shops and beach! We loved that we could have our little dog stay with us too. Romina was fantastic and very welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

Great for a family with teenagers (upstairs ‘their’ area) or could be used for two families (two ‘main’ rooms one downstairs and one upstairs). Wonderful that accommodation dog friendly. Easy walk to main area of Cowes and to beach. Already have recommended to friends/family.

Wonderful place on Phillip Island!

We loved this home - it was beautiful and clean, and had a great set up for our small family to visit Phillip Island for a few days. It's also located in walking distance to the shops and restaurants nearby, so that is a nice bonus. We found a lovely place for breakfast only a block away. The hosts are great communicators and very accomodating! Thank you!!

Only a short walk to the centre of town, the property is in a great location. Plenty of space for a large family or small group of friends. Relaxing spaces allow you to unwind. The property managers are lovely and very helpful.

Communication with owner was excellent. House was as shown in the pictures in the online listing and was a lovely place to stay. We loved being able to walk to shops and cafes as the house is so close to the town. We'd happily stay again when going to Cowes.

Lovely place and lovely location

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We love Phillip Island anyway, and Romina and Chris' place is well located to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Well kept cosy townhouse, very near town centre, amenities, restaurants, beach. The owners responded immediately to queries, put in personal welcoming touches around the house eg Christmas decorations as my family was there over Christmas, even a great bottle of red wine and chocolates. Will definitely rebook if returning to Phillip Island for another holiday. 👍👍👍

Great time had!

Overall we had a lovely time, the place was great - fab location close to the town. Perfect for a short scoot with young kids. The house was very homely and lots of nice touches. The smart tv was a hit of course and the corner spa bath! The only negative I would say is the pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable. Looking fwd to getting home to our soft pillows!
