Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Golf Villa at the South Padre Golf Course. This Golf Villa is a 2 bedroom ,2 bath with 1,300 sq. ft four-plex style unit located away on golf fairway. It has an open patio with a view of the pond where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Golf Villa includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a smart flatt screen TV and the
master bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful , professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

This property is very nice but it is furnished with the cheapest furniture one could possibly imagine. The amenities were terrible. And the worst was the horrible smell of dog urine when we walked in. The property was not cleaned well

More than enough room for a couple or small family. All of the amenities one could ask for and more. Location was quiet and peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again.

Beautiful property!

This was such a beautiful, updated property in a nice neighborhood. It’s a great place to unwind and get away. It was very relaxing. I would recommend this to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

Felt like home

We loved this property so much we hate we had to leave, it was very spacious and felt just like home. The home was beautiful, the neighborhood was beautiful and neighbors were friendly
