The beach is about 300 yards from the condo without leaving the complex. A fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances like, built in convection oven, induction flat cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster. A bedroom with king size bed with a 40' inch flat HD TV. Living area furnished with a pull out single/twin bed with a 36' HDTV - channels are satellite with HBO and ESPN including a WIFI internet service.
The condo is located in South Padre Island by the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Next to Claytons bar and Grill where you can see the best fireworks.

Short Weekend Getaway

This was our 4th time staying at the tiki! We love the property it’s well maintained and we love the pool. This room was a little dated and could use some updates however, we literally just slept there so it was fine for our needs! Loved it was right next to pool!

SPI stay

Nice property, very clean. Direct beach access. Modern feel and decor. Good location. The Tiki is the only place I've stayed that has a dehumidifier in the condo. Makes a big difference in how the condo "feels." Price was fair. Would stay again.

Cute, cozy location on the norther part of SPI.

Art is a wonderful host who responded almost instantly to my questions! We enjoyed our stay! The location is great but the evenings can get noisy as the complex is next to Bar Louie's and Clayton's next door (during spring break). It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and we enjoyed morning and evening walks in both direction. You can walk 1.2 miles to the Wanna Wanna, have a few drinks and walk the calories off on the way back. The one negative is privacy. Being located at the pool area, pool attendees can see tight into your bathroom so I was sure to close the curtain. I was warmly welcomed by the Tiki community as a Winter Texan and I would definitely consider a longer stay in the future!

The condo is well situated close to the ocean and the pool. It is located in a quiet part of the island with easy access to pretty much everything.

Nice location, my birthday weekend

The condo was nice, A/C needs to be fixed, very noisy, have to close the bathroom door to hear TV and each other talk. The master bed has a hump in the middle. Love how close to the beach and stores. We would definitely come back to South Padre.

Great location The only thing that got us was it was lit up in the rooms at night The ac would only get down to 73 so it would get would get warm in there. But overall really liked it

Excellent host! Cozy, clean, little place for small family!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the host, Art, and his gracious accommodations in the uncertainty of Hurricane Beryl’s path. Art was highly responsive and understanding prior to our arrival. The place was clean and cozy for our little family of 3. Great proximity to the beach and right in front of the pool. The grounds of the Tiki were well kept and clean as well.

Perfect getaway

The condo was as described and more. Kitchen was very well equipped, all linens and pool towels provided, if traveling with children pool floats available. Very clean and comfortable, looking forward to staying here again and again. Since this was my first time booking through VRBO, the owner was very patient and helpful, thanks again Art Canales, see you again soon.

The grounds were immaculate, the condo was very clean and just an all around good experience. Art was very responsive with any questions I had prior to our stay. I highly recommend #109 at the Tiki. You will love it!

Beach Wedding

Air conditioner had a few issues. Maintenance was attentive, but unfortunately it never got below 72 in the condo. Luckily we weren't in it much. Beautifully decorated and clean. Overall pleased with our stay.

Week day gettaway.

I would recommend this property. The owner was very responsive to any questions and addressed minor issues quickly (we couldn't find beach chairs and he purchased some and delivered them quickly). Very short walk to beach through complex which was great because we had our two small dogs with us. Enjoyed our stay - very comfortable and convenient!
