This is a newly remodeled townhome located just steps from the platinum lift is located in the heart of downtown Red River, a block away from Main St. It is ski in/ski out and comes will all the modern conveniences like fiber optic WiFi and DirecTV. It is the perfect home base for your Red River adventure. There is a Master Bedroom and Guest bedroom on the second floor and bunk room on the third floor. We've recently added a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Family Spring Break Trip

The location was great--walking distance to lift. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. The area was having issues with the internet during our stay, but our host was very helpful in getting it back up and running and keeping us informed. The only issue we had was the ice maker not working. Would recommend this place!

Convenient

As expected, the location of the Claim Jumper condos are located very conveniently. Once we parked our car, we didn’t use it again until the day we left. Walked everywhere. Perfect if you plan on skiing. Great ski racks on the front porch.

We own this home with another couple and live in central Texas. We both have families that love to ski and get out of the heat here in the summertime.

We bought this property because of the location and proximity to the ski area as well as the great climate during the summer months. Red River is a great town and offers lots to do.

What makes this property unique

This home is uniquely located just steps from the platinum lift and lifthouse and the main chalet. It has three furnished floors for large families or multi-families. We are located in the heart of downtown within easy walking distance of most stores/restaurants and activiities. The home is also newly rennovated and has new appliances/TV's.
