We had such a great stay here. The place is updated, very clean, and comfortable, but what really stood out was how well we all slept. I honestly don’t sleep that good anywhere besides my own home, and every one of us said the same about the beds. We’re all hot-natured, so the extra fans were a big plus.The host was fantastic with communication. Quick, easy, and helpful the whole time.The location is hard to beat. Being right next to the Platinum Chair made skiing so convenient, and we could walk everywhere in town. Having Wild Bill’s and Der Markt right at the end of the street was a huge bonus. We barely used our vehicles.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the extra touches like the Keurig combo and ice maker.No complaints at all. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is perfect for a large family and with it being so close to town, people can come and go as they want since everything was in walking distance. The location was great--walking distance to lift. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. The area was having issues with the internet during our stay, but our host was very helpful in getting it back up and running and keeping us informed. The only issue we had was the ice maker not working. Would recommend this place!

As expected, the location of the Claim Jumper condos are located very conveniently. Once we parked our car, we didn’t use it again until the day we left. Walked everywhere. Perfect if you plan on skiing. Great ski racks on the front porch.

Updated Townhouse in the Heart of Red River

We had a fantastic experience staying in this townhouse. The home had everything we needed...nicely updated, well stocked kitchen for cooking, close to the slopes for hiking and right in the heart of town. The kids loved the bunk beds and gaming chairs. Note, this is on the 3rd floor with the closest bathroom on the 2nd floor. This was not an issue for us and we were prepared for the stairs. Loved that the kitchen and family space were on the 1st floor with the master and a an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We are from central Texas and grew up coming to Red River as children. We had such fond memories of the town that we jumped at the chance to own a spot we could vacation to-skiing in the winter and perfect weather in the summer. We enjoy hiking, fishing, driving up in the mountains and strolling down Main Street for shopping or dining. Being a host allows us to share our love of red River with other families.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the location and proximity to the ski area and Main Street as well as the great climate during the summer months. Red River is a great town and offers lots to do.

What makes this property unique

This home is uniquely located just steps from the platinum lift, lifthouse, and the main chalet. It has three furnished floors for large families or multi-families. We are located in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of most stores/restaurants, and activities. The home is also newly renovated and has new appliances/TVs, as well as a washer/dryer.
