Everything was great! Beach access was wonderful and beach chairs and supplies in the closet were so helpful. House was clean! No bugs! My family slept great. Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend at the beach

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.

While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
