Affordable and comfortable, everything you need to relax

Property located in Toninhas Beach, just 300 m from the sea, less than ten minutes walk, with all the utensils necessary for you to feel at home, dishes, cutlery, shapes, dishes, blender, lunchbox, pressure cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a double bed, 4 single beds (bunk beds) and two mattresses loose, WIFI, TV with Sky signal (fight, film, football) released. No musty smell, very common in summer houses, even as rents enough and is always well ventilated. Family-friendly, very polite concierge staff. High spirits with very green and that wonderful sun Ubatuba.
Comfort is guaranteed, but you will not stop at home will enjoy the wonders of Ubatuba

Apartamento muito bem montado, ótima localização

Utilizei o imóvel no período de 14 a 21 de Janeiro . Gostei muito do apartamento, super bem montado, limpo e bem localizado. Perto da praia das toninhas, da para ir a pé sem problema, para minha surpresa quase não tinha mosquitos, vagas de garagem com bom espaço (estava com uma zafira), ventilador de teto e portátil, canais de tv com pacotes completos (SkY), apenas o wifi ficou a desejar pois não pegava bem nos quartos e na sala dependendo do local ficava fraco, o pessoal e eu não nos adaptamos bem aos colchões dos quartos , eu acordei todos os dias com dor nas costas . Cozinha completa com panelas, fogão, forno, cafeteria, maq.lavar, geladeira, todos funcionando bem. Um coisa legal foi o fato de ter podido ficar até as 18Hrs do sábado . De maneira geral eu recomendo e voltaria outra vez .

Apartamento silencioso, com uma grande área verde no terreno lateral onde se dorme e acorda com canto de pássaros. apartamento limpo, aconchegante, com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estádia.
