Enjoy fantastic sunsets or morning coffee from the expansive rooftop patio. Conveniently located in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach and only 2-3 miles from Watercolor and Seaside beach communities. Great restaurants are with Lin walking distance. Beach gear, chairs and towels provided.

Discounts to the local bike shop and golf cart rental are available.
The first floor family room provides a great space for families to gather for games or movies on the 48 inch TV. There is also a bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath for families traveling together.

On the second floor, you will find a second living room area, newly remodeled kitchen with ship lap ceilings, dinning area, all new appliances and new furniture. Bedroom #2 is on this floor with a king bed and bathroom.

The 3rd floor includes 2 additional bedrooms—one with 2 queen beds and bathroom and master bedroom with king and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. You will also find a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop patio where you can enjoy sunbathing, sunsets or family gathering.

The community pool area provides covered cabanas and a grilling station for guests.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in blue mountain beach. It rained for most of our trip (bummer) but the town home was excellent. Plenty of space for 8 adults to stay comfortable. The rooftop deck was a huge bonus. A short walk to the beach (approx .25 mi) was also nice. I definitely would recommend this property.

We love everything about the 30a beaches, but in particular we love the quaint and quiet area of Blue Mountain Beach. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and convenient, easy walking options for public beach access.
