Prime location!
First level 1500 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo/apt in downtown Providence. Experience the city and enjoy the beauty of this historic street. We are located directly on Broadway and just steps away from all the city has to offer. Walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, Atwells Ave (Federal Hill) Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), PPAC, water fire, train station and so much more! Conveniently, there are two great restaurants right across the street as well as a convenience store.
Dedicated off street parking, for two vehicles. Additional free street parking as well. We are located in a high traffic area with street noise so please be keep that in mind.

The apartment is awsome. The host is very responsive and also proactive. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. The hosts have everything that you can reasonably expect available. We had stayed there about a year prior to this trip and were very fortunate to be able to book again. There is a designated parking spot.

The twin beds are very high captain's beds, so need to be careful about that, and be prepared for street noise at night (it's on Broadway, after all). Would stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Excellent location and space

This is a fantastic space. Large gathering area and bedrooms are large. Clean and plenty of space for all of us. Location is perfect to get to The Amp and restaurants downtown. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

Accessibility! The location is exceptional being able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and local events, etc without ever having to start your car or fight for parking! Broadway is a beautiful street with a lot of old New England architecture which makes for a pleasant stroll.

What makes this property unique

Location! First level unit that has its own private driveway, that fits two vehicles and just a few steps in the hallway before entering the unit. The unit is spacious and the accessibility is definitely a plus.
