Sensational Views - Best in the Southern Highlands
Eco Living at its best
A truly spectacular place with one of the most majestic, yet rugged, views in the Southern Highlands. This is high-end eco living at its best. The 150 acre farm nestles atop a linear cliff face. The 180', Northerly aspect, captures the meandering Wollondilly River Valley 300m below, surrounded by the sheer, rocky, cliff faces which envelop the property. Search You tube 'Wollondilly Tops’ for a better idea! Southerly views across the rolling hinterland offer an alternate slice of paradise. The modern, state of the art, pine cabin is designed for a romantic interlude for two or a fun weekend for a family of 4. There is a gorgeous cast iron Queen size bed with a ladder leading to a 'snug' for the kids; it's a 'crawl into' space, which is lots of fun for the kids, although we have had adults use the snug too! Beautifully appointed, the cabin is positioned to capture the very best views from each vantage point with the large windows and open double doors. For the colder nights or purely for the magic of it, you can always light the wood-fire stove. The farm is a true eco-farm with solar power and bottled gas keeping us happily off the grid. Drinking water is collected rain water and excellent hot water is supplied from the bore. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with state of the art, high pressure hot water and separate WC. The swimming pool sits on the forward edge of the cliff with gun-barrell views up the river. A separate living/kitchen area with large 360 degree outdoor deck completes the farm. Great for entertaining or being entertained, the inside outside living can be adapted to suit your tastes. You can book 1 or 2 cabins at $350 per cabin per night, depending on your requirements however, once you've made your booking for either one or both cabins, the entire farm is completely and utterly yours to use.

Thanks Brad, we're thrilled to share the place with people like you guys that really appreciate what it is; it is a special spot. You know you're always welcome back; try winter next time, lots of fun with the log fires;)
Absolutely magical place to stay! The views are like nothing else and the cabins are fantastic, they have everything you need.We stayed during 35deg weather so it was a shame the pool was pretty milky and dirty, but it certainly didn't stop the kids from going in. The view from the pool is awesome. The kids loved walking the driveway to visit the horses and cows, they spotted goannas and other wildlife which made it really special. We would love to go back and stay during cooler weather!
Rustic living with spectacular views. Love the main deck area and sleeping cabin. Bonus of two toilets as when you are lazing on main deck you don't have to go back to your cabin. Great shower facilitiesOnlgoing up and down stairs o
The moment you walk towards the deck, you'll be in awe of the amazing panoramic views that you have all to yourselves. You can feel that a lot of love and attention to detail was put into making the cabins feel warm and cosy, and it had so much more than what we were expecting for an off the grid experience. Brad was very accommodating and a great host. We highly recommend this stay!

Thanks so much Chanthera, we’re delighted that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the epic view, the small details of the cabins and the overall experience. Please come back and visit us again sometime.
Amazing changing view across the canyon, easy to waste time watching it. Quaint and comfortable cabins with a good mattress and clean. Nice to have a pool. Great for the dogs, they really enjoyed it, as did the humans!!!

You can't beat that view. My second time here and will never get tired of this beautiful and rugged property. Have left a detailed review previously so this one is short.
This is by far my favourite getaway due to the natural beauty, simple living, being dog friendly and the feeling of being far away from it all.
Thank you Bradley for sharing your property and granting us an unforgettable experience.

Thank you Pandora.
It’s great having you back and sharing our little slice of heaven. Your genuine love of the place matches our own so you will always be welcome here.
Great drive up from Sydney and while it was proper dark, access was, how should I say, easily accessible.
Communication leading up to our stay was on point - detailed where it needs to be and not overly communicated.
I don’t want to give too much away so I’ll keep it simple with, be prepared to switch off, move slow and take it all in.
Brad is a brilliant host, he’s thought of everything and provides you with the necessities so you don’t need to think about it. No doubt, we will be back.
What a place!! The 180 degree view is truely breathtaking. You feel like you are a million miles away.
The main cabin is pretty basic but has everything you need and is very warm and cosy even in winter with a good old woodheater. Complimentary bread, milk and fresh eggs was lovely. No t.v but good wifi and telstra reception.
I stayed in the north sleeping cabin which is a short walk from main cabin and has a great shower and toilet. You can actually watch the sun rise over the mountains while you're in bed...magical!
Dog friendly, fenced at the back. Definately want to come back to enjoy simple living, natural beauty and the feeling of being so far away from it all.
If you're looking for peace, this is where to find it.
Hard to believe it is only two hours from Sydney.
Highly rate resting in the hammock with a good book and looking out over those incredible ever-changing views. And morning coffee at the table on the main deck - wow.
Plenty of kangaroos, wallabies and birdlife.
Even had a lovely visit from a herd of little goats that clamber all over the vertical cliff faces.
Loved the pool on a very hot day, the star gazing at night and the mists swirling through the valley in the mornings.
Very comfy bed and the sleeping cabins have fans and screens - great for warm nights.
The dogs loved the walks down the long driveway to see the ducks, llamas, cows, horses and roos.
If you have an inquisitive or naughty pup, you'll need to keep a close eye on them as you are very close to the edge but I took a dog tent to pop them while I was doing things and it worked a treat.
As others have said, you're a long way from anywhere so pack all your food.
Milk, eggs and bread are very kindly provided by the host and there are some foods, condiments, wine, spirits and other bits and bobs available with an honesty system of popping some money in a jar.
I thought Megalong Valley was my fave place, but maybe it's now Canyonleigh.
Excellent communication with the host. Thanks so much, Brad. Would definitely recommend.
You feel a million miles away and switching off is very easy here.
Views along the river and views, no matter the weather, the view is constantly changing and you can watch it all day.
Humans and doggo’s had a great short break away, in this well equipped and thought out off grid mini village.
Great way to take a few deep breaths of clean country air.
Thanks again Brad absolutely amazing experience have travelled many amazing places around the world and found this one 2 hours from home incredible, as we commented while having breakfast on the deck we could be anywhere in the world thanks again sensational views Ken and Marica

Thanks Ken, it was a pleasure hosting you guys. Come again ;)
This is an amazing place to stay and enjoy a landscape that is wild and beautiful. The experience is definitely unique and exactly what we were looking for.
The overall experience is great, the view is astonishing and it is an excellent place to enjoy the privacy of our own and relax in the mountain views. The owner is very friendly and helpful and provided lots of advice on how to use the facilities and travelling nearby. The weather was not that good during our stay and sometimes we had to use the generator for electricity but this was also an interesting new experience for us! Will definitely visit again in the future :-)

Thanks so much for your review Jessica. Delighted that you guys enjoyed yourselves. Come back anytime and visit us.
If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway where you will enjoy reading, board games and the company of your partner/family (rather than scrolling through your phone for entertainment) then this is a great choice. The farm is in a very remote location so you need to bring all your food and anything else you might need, as you can’t just “pop down the shops”. Having said that, Brad left us some eggs, fresh bread and milk which was a lovely gesture. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early evenings having a drink with a cheese platter (some fab deli staples picked up en route from Kangaroo Valley) and enjoying the amazing view. Our cabin was warm and comfortable and we loved the llamas!
When you first stumble across this property, you're instantly captured by the valley views. I can tell you now, it's absolutely stunning. We were fortunate to have clear skies all weekend; epic sunrises from the cabin deck, spectacular sunsets sweeping across the cliffs, and night skies shining bright, perfect for stargazing too.
Despite being off-grid, your cosy cabin is relaxing.
Comfy bed, a modern ensuite with great water pressure in the shower, and a clean eco-bathroom.
The main kitchen/living cabin area is fully-equipped (minus an oven, but includes a four-burner gas cooktop) and there's plenty of space to store foods that you bring. You also have access to a shared pantry, filled with condiments that you can use in-kind and/or with a contribution.
My other highlight is that this is a dog-friendly property and I was very grateful that our boy could join us during this trip.
Expect to unwind and detox from your norm hustle and bustle; there's limited technology available (no tv and no Wi-Fi in your cabin, only in the living/kitchen cabin area). Just take the time to stop... and appreciate the outdoors whilst you're here. Oh, and request to stay in the North cabin when you book!
Spectacular mountain views, even better than the photos. The cabins are very clean, cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, felt very welcomed and were extremely impressed with everything about this property. Thank you for a very memorable experience at your beautiful farm and for being very helpful, making it a very easy and relaxing stay :).
