Disney Oasis is a family friendly home less than 2 miles from Disney World, allowing you to reach any Disney park in just minutes! Our beautiful 4BR/4BA single-level villa (no stairs) in the Windsor Hills Resort community will not disappoint!

This community offers water slides, a splash pad, an Olympic-size pool, a small store, food and beverage options, a game room, a fitness center, and a covered lanai with ping pong tables and TVs—all just a three-minute walk from the villa. Nearby, you'll also find a Castle playground, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a putting green. Newly added next to the tennis courts is an EV charging station. This is only about a 2 minute walk from the house.

Windsor Hills is conveniently close to shopping (groceries less than half a mile away), dining, and entertainment. If you want to explore beyond Disney, the resort is near the I-4 corridor, making Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, and the new EPIC Universe parks just a short drive away. Cocoa and Melbourne beaches on the Space Coast are about an hour and a half away, and the award-winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course, designed by Gary Koch, is right next door.

Bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 – Caribbean Suite (Master): Overlooking the private pool, this principal bedroom features a King Bed, full dresser, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. BRAND new mattress May 2025.
• Bedroom 2 – Regatta Suite: Toward the front of the villa, this nautical-themed bedroom includes a King bed, full dresser, salon chair, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. BRAND new mattress May 2025.
• Bedroom 3 – Mickey's Mini-Suite: Perfect for kids, this room has two Twin beds, an in-wall entertainment hutch with flat-screen TV, DVD and VHS player, movies, books, toys (under the beds), and family board games. It also has a semi-private bathroom with shower/tub combo. BRAND new mattresses May 2025.
• Bedroom 4 – African Safari Bedroom: A fun, themed room with two Twin beds, flat-screen TV, DVDs, books, plush toys, and a private bathroom. BRAND new mattresses May 2025.

Enjoy the private swimming pool and spa (heated for $25/day+tax) with no rear neighbors. Swim or relax on the covered patio with ceiling fans, outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs. For little ones, a child safety fence around the pool is available.

The villa features a fully stocked kitchen with Cuisinart and Keurig coffee makers, blender, waffle maker, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and storage containers. It also has Wi-Fi, a relatively new dining table, and a BBQ grill provided at no extra charge (please clean and refill propane if used).

Traveling with small children is easier with two pack-and-plays (one with bassinet), single stroller, double stroller, umbrella stroller, high chair, and a booster seat for the dining table.

Have hours of fun in the Games Room! Added May 2023: 8-foot slate top pool table, air hockey, foosball, and Xbox gaming (available on request). The villa also provides tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, and golf balls/putters for Windsor Hills play areas. Other recent updates include upgraded TVs in most bedrooms: Master 50", Regatta 43", Safari 43".

The villa is conveniently located near Disney Theme Parks: Magic Kingdom, Wide World of Sports, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, as well as Universal Studios, Wet 'n Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O Water park, and SeaWorld.

Nearby golf courses include Greg Norman's Champions Gate, Champions Gate Country Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, and Falcon Fire Golf.

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills community 3 separate times and this home was the best of all. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive, the house wasclean and decorated nicely, especially the themed kids rooms. It is a short walk to the resort center as well. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to the area if it is available.

We spent another wonderful vacation at the house in Windsor Hills. My wife and I have been back several times and we are never disappointed. The admin team has been fantastic to deal with and we are always well treated and well informed. The house has lots of lounge space, comfortable space in the bedrooms, the kitchen is well stocked, the BBQ is a fantastic addition, the pool is clean, and the beds are comfortable. What more could we ask? Highly recommended.

Had an amazing 10 day stay. The villa was exactly as shown in the photo's, my kids loved the safari room. The pool area was perfect and the fact there was already pool floats etc meant we didnt need to buy any and the kids could get in straight away. One of the reasons we booked this villa at Windsor Hills was due to the commual pool as on our chill days it was only a few minutes walk away and the kids enjoyed the splash park and slides and we could grab a bite to eat there so it still felt like we were still doing something. Loved people watching too and everyone was really friendly. The villa has everything you need and a bonus of washer and dryer which meant we took no dirty clothes home. Loads of storage in the bedrooms and everywhere was lovely and clean, some essentials were provided too such as washing up liquid, a cloth and dishwasher and washing tabs- and along with towels were beach towels for the pool which was appreciated. There is a walmart about 4 minutes drive and restaurants including a mcdonalds around 5 minutes drive. Disney springs was about 15 minutes away and universal about 35. Orlando is so big, no matter where you stay you will need to do a bit of travelling. If I am being really pinickity, a few of the cupboards in the kitchen (and drawers in the Mickey room) could do with condensing as although lots of space, there was lots of stuff too. It really is a home from home and would 100 per cent rebook and recommend to other's.

This is our second time staying in this house, and we plan on staying here again next year. The house is perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Disney parks. Its location in the complex is nice as well, as you can walk to the pool and clubhouse. Neighborhood feels safe and is quiet.

The property was clean and well located. The mattresses on the beds were very worn and need to be replaced. The blender was broken when we arrived. Also, a few things need to be updated. The location was great and the house was very clean. I would not recommend this property unless they replaced the mattresses and repaired a few things.

Superbe maison de plein pied. Les lits sont très confortables, tout est spacieux. La piscine et le Jacuzzi sont vraiment au top. Il y a pleins de bouées pour les enfants. Vous verrez pleins d'écureuils en été, c'est amusant. La réservation a été très fluide avec le manager qui nous a beaucoup aidé suite à une annulation de dernière minute. Great location and house - would definitely stay again!

Rented this perfect house for a week with my 4 kids and parents. The house was located just down a path from all the community locations. The gated neighborhood was safe and clean. The house layout worked perfectly for our family and it had everything we needed. My boys loved the game room and pool and my daughter loved the toys and games in the Mickey Mouse room. The location was great for getting to our dance competition as well as local attractions. I would definitely book again and have nothing but great things to say about the house!
