2BR/2.5BA townhome, multi-level (stairs) 2nd & 3rd floor unit with tranquil views overlooking our private canal. This comfy unit has a spacious living room and enclosed lanai to relax and take in the lush tropical landscape. Kitchen remodeled in 2021, and bathrooms and living room floor updated in 2025! New furniture, new paint! - all we are missing is you! Large 75" LED Flat Screen TV in living room, as well as sleeper sofa. Dining room has ample space for entertaining, including breakfast/bar seating. Fully equipped kitchen with half bathroom just off the pantry. Both bedrooms are upstairs; large master bedroom features king bed with private bath and flat screen TV. Open balcony off of the master bedroom overlooks the canal. Guest bedroom across the hall with TV, queen and twin bed. Guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Complimentary cable and wi-fi in this unit, as well as games, puzzles and books to enjoy while relaxing with loved ones. **2-WEEK MINIMUM STAY!**
