The perfect vacation retreat! Spacious 3rd floor condo, with elevator and terrific views. The best of both worlds with a view of the ocean & golf course from your private, furnished, screened balcony. Balcony has two sets of sliders that adds even more living space. Freshly painted and newly furnished, the sleep sofa is perfect for overnight guests and the living room boasts a 50 inch flat screen TV with a vaulted ceiling, windows and ceiling fan. Plenty of room to relax The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Dont feel like cooking? There is an onsite oceanfront restaurant and many terrific restaurants just minutes away. The Master bedroom suite also features great views, pillow-top king bed and a flat screen TV. WiFi, basic cable, washer,dryer, beach chairs, cooler & beach towels are available for your use. Located on Hutchinson Island, Ocean Village is a gated resort like community with five swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse, bocce, a library, Tiki bar and oceanfront restaurant set along one mile of gorgeous beach and beautiful ocean.

Why they chose this property
This Island is such a unique place, There is so much history here and it is far enough south to enjoy year round and just off the mainland you get a true Caribbean feel!
What makes this property unique
Ocean Village Amenities are unbelievable they offer beautiful private beach, several pools, Tiki bar, Restaurant, 9 hole golf coarse, basketball, tennis, bocce ball and the surround area is breathtaking and so much to see and do.
