O imóvel é exatamente como consta no anúncio! Excelente localização e muito limpo! Fiquei apenas uma noite e atendeu minhas necessidades, mas ficaria mais de uma semana tranquilamente. Vi algumas avaliações negativas sobre acesso a praia por conta de ladeira, mas toda a praia de ponta negra é assim, não se trata de uma especificidade do flat! Senti falta de um cobre leito ou edredom, as camas só possuem lençol! De modo geral, recomendo.

Eu e meu esposo adoramos a estadia. Hotel mto bem localizado, funcionários muito receptivos e a vista do quarto é um show a parte. Piscina muito gostosa com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes. Foi incrível

Simples, mas completo e bem localizado.

Apartamento completinho, tinha microondas, frigobar, liquidificador, cafeteira e sanduicheira, ótimo pra quem quiser economizar e não depender de restaurantes. O ar gela bem e a ducha é boa. No lugar tem café da manhã pago à parte, num valor até em conta. Nas proximidades tem foodtruck, bem movimentado à noite. O acesso a praia é um pouco distante e tem uma ladeira considerável. Pessoal da recepção bem simpático e ágil. Deixa a desejar em relação a manutenção, mas é questão do condomínio, não do apartamento em si. Senti falta de uma rede na varanda e os bancos não eram confortáveis.
