Twin Camellias is a purpose built holiday home in Lynmore, just a short walk or ride to the famous Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The house is open-plan with a separate kitchen, dining room and lounge which all lead out to an entertaining deck and garden area. The house is super warm in winter and cool in summer and has been positioned to capture the sun into the living areas in the morning and the bedrooms in the afternoon.

The Space:
The heart of this holiday home revolves around a bright, open-plan living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. This inviting space flows effortlessly onto a spacious deck, where you'll discover comfortable outdoor seating and a Weber BBQ – ideal for savoring your morning coffee or hosting memorable evening barbecues with friends. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a walk-through wardrobe leading to a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two features a queen bed, while Bedroom Three provides two single beds. Both bedrooms are conveniently serviced by a central bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave, and a living area with a TV. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance, free parking on the premises in the garage and on the street, and amenities such as a BBQ grill. You'll also have access to laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.

Lynmore is a charming residential neighborhood, conveniently located just 5 km from the Rotorua city center. It's a highly desirable area thanks to its proximity to the iconic Redwoods Forest, perfect for walking and biking, and the beautiful surrounding lakes. Although we recommend having a vehicle, the property is conveniently located. If you have a bike, many attractions and amenities are within riding distance. Public transport is also readily available in the area. Free parking is available on the premises and also on the street.

We liked the ease of check in. The communication with the Host. The vacation home was clean and tidy. Great to have tea and coffee and basics in the cupboard so that we did not have to pack extra groceries. The property was private and quiet.Games and TV if you have the time. A lovely little house just outside of town. If you’re looking for some quiet, this place is excellent. With everything you need and a couple of minutes away from the Redwood forest area, it’s a perfect choice away from the motels. Clean, comfortable beds and a real home away from home. Highly recommended.

Nice little getaway close to attractions

Everything was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean. It met all our needs. The only feedback I would give is to describe the electric water heater and limited hot water in the initial description rather than once the booking is fully confirmed and there is no going back. While it wasn't an issue for my friend and me since I take showers in the evenings and she takes showers in the morning, for a female group larger than two this may cause some problems.

We have stayed here before due to its close proximity to the Tawa MTB car park. Super easy whichever side of the park you want to play on. Great little property. Warm and clean. Mtb parking out the back. Bring your own locks. A friendly neighbourhood cat who comes to greet us each time too.
