OUTSIDE PATIO AND POOLS
Sit outside on the patio or in the pool and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and lush vegetation. Enjoy the covered Lanai with Outdoor Dining Table and Television. We are a short walk to the Community Clubhouse where you will find water slides, snack shop, splash zone, and much more for the entire family.

NOTE: We wanted to give you a heads-up about the main community pool at Windsor Hills. Unfortunately, it will be closed for the entire month of September 2024 for some much-needed maintenance.

INSIDE THE HOME
This complete resort-feel home features two master suites with bathrooms on the main floor, an additional bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and 2 themed kids' rooms upstairs. It has a very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room as well as in all wet areas. The oversized 2-car garage has been converted into a state-of-the-art game room and movie theater with a 130-inch screen and 7.1 surround sound speakers for tons of enjoyment. The movie theater even has electric reclining theater seats with its own separate air conditioner for those hot days.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property. Netflix is available in all rooms.

Guest Access:
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:
OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY
For all the Theme Parks and various sites to visit, the best way to get around is by car. Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best.

AROUND THE COMMUNITY
The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Although we will not be there when you visit the house, we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. We also have a full-time property manager available to answer any questions you may have.

We encourage guests to text or call the property manager during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Free High-speed Wireless WIFI access throughout the house, which extends into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property. Netflix is available in all rooms.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great, if not, no worries.

Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is per day and must be on consecutive days.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
