Appartement grand confort RDC de 80 m2 dans résidence calme et arborée, située dans le centre de Cassis, orienté plein sud, à 5mn à pied de la plage de la Jetée et du port, composé d’un petit jardin et d’une terrasse, de trois chambres, un salon salle à manger et cuisine américaine, salle de douche et WC indépendant.
Une chambre avec un lit double 160 x 190, et deux chambres avec deux lits 90 x 190.
Cuisine équipée avec vaisselle, machine à laver la vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, deux frigidaires et un congélateur, four électrique, 4 feux (gaz), four micro ondes, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso (apporter vos capsules), écran plat, lecteur DVD.

South-facing apartment on the ground floor of a calm condominium in dowtown Cassis, ideally located just five minutes’ walk from the beach and the sea port.
The apartment, which can sleep up to 8 people, measures 80sqm. It offers an open-plan kitchen/living room, ideal for entertaining, opening onto the terrace and garden, allowing for lots of natural light to flow in.
There is a private car park but no allocated spot.
A bus stop is located just 50m away, going towards Marseille, while the bus stop to the train station is 150m away.

Large dining table with 6 chairs. One two-seater sofa and one four-seater sofa with lots of cushions. TV and DVD player provided.

Kitchen
Small but fully equipped kitchen, with an oven and a hob, a microwave, 2 fridges & 1 freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine. There are also a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules)
Bedrooms
One double bedroom (mattress size160x190) with large chest of drawers, bedside tables and a large window. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x190 each), a chest of drawers, the third bedroom has a convertible sofa (which can be split into two single beds) and chest of drawers.
Bathroom
Ensuite shower room with shower and a wash basin, separate WC.
Bedsheets and towels supplied.
Strictly non-smoking property. Animals (pets of any kind) are prohibited.

Excellent location with lovely patio space

It was wonderful to be 2 minute walk to the center of the village. Close to everything and with the comfort to eat outdoors under the shade of the patio with views of the chateau of Cassis. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice holiday in Cassis

We had very nice stay in this apartment in Cassis, which is conveniently located in more flat part of the city, just few minutes on foot from the center. The property is comfortable and well equipped, it could probably benefit from some modern redecoration, but since everything is clean and convenient, it’s not a problem. Outside dining area is very nice and shaded and there is a view on a castle. Parking is a bit of a hustle, especially in case of events, so best not to move your car much. We can definitely recommend.

Airbnb Style in Top Lage mit schöner Tasse und Schatten

Aus der Beschreibung ging leider nicht hervor, dass die Unterkunft teilweise von der Besitzerin selbst bewohnt wird. Dementsprechend waren die Schränke teilweise mit privaten Gegenständen gefüllt (Medikamente, benutze Zahnbürste, diverse Kleidung und alte Schuhe). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, jedoch etwas unübersichtlich. Nach etwas Suchen wurden wir aber meist fündig. Gestört haben uns die teilweise abgelaufenen Lebensmittel und die Sauberkeit in den Vorratsschränken. Pluspunkte sind die Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Größe und Lage der Wohnung (Erdgeschoss und Strandnähe fussläufig). In den Zimmern sind Ventilatoren die für eine angenehme Briese sorgen. Die Terrasse lässt sich mit Markisen beschatten, man kann super gut dort bequem sitzen und sich entspannen. Einfach großartig ist auch der Blick auf die Festung. Großes Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Da es sich um eine private Wohnung in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage handelt, sollte auch ein Parkplatz verfügbar sein und somit auch nutzbar für die zahlende Feriengäste. Daher Tipp, Auto nicht bewegen, denn die ca. 20 Plätze sind stets belegt, man muss sehr großes Glück haben einen Platz zu finden. Alternativen im Umkreis sind unglaublich teuer. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wundervolle Badeurlaub in Cassis würden uns jedoch zukünftig für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden. Wer mit den oben beschriebenen Umständen kein Problem hat, für den ist diese Unterkunft sicher empfehlenswert. Danke an Danielle und Sylvie für die

Ruhig, grosszügig, (fast) mittendrin

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, wurden von Danielle herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen, Check-in und Check-out haben wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ganz nah zu Einkauf, Strand und Apero - alles ist problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgerüstet, hat einen schattigen Gartenvorplatz zum Essen und effiziente Ventilatoren die uns ruhig und erholsam schlafen liessen.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Danielle qui habite la résidence. L emplacement du logement est idéal car juste à côté du centre ville. Très belle région. Par contre, il n y a pas de place de parking réservé donc il y a rarement de la place. Les logements manquent d isolation sonore.

Gîtes très bien situé. Très près du centre-ville et du port, mais dans une résidence calme. Heureusement car l'insonorisation est très mauvaise. La propriétaire et la voisine qui s'occupe de l'accueil sont très gentilles et donnent des bons conseils. Côté équipement, il y a à peu près tout. Petit jardin parfait pour les petits enfants. Vue sur le château de Cassis. Super séjour.

Très bien reçu dans cet appartement très bien situé , proche du centre, de tous les commerces, du bord de mer. tout est dans un rayon de 200/300m, pas besoin de bouger la voiture. l'appartement est entièrement équipé, idéal pour voyager léger, et un gros plus, possède son petit bout de jardin pour profiter de l'extérieur. L'appartement est très bien placé près du centre de Cassis, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied, et à côté de l'arrêt de bus qui permet d'aller à Marseille. Nous avons pu garer 2 voitures dans le parking de la résidence. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé et très calme, avec une belle terrasse extérieure. Très agréable séjour à Cassis

L’emplacement de ce logement est idéal pour se déplacer à pied au village ( 5 minutes à pied du port) et pour aller randonner dans les calanques de PortMiou, Port Pin et Envau ( 20 minutes du point de départ à pied). Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé . Les relations avec la propriétaire sont très bonnes et sur place une personne charmante accueille et est présente en cas de problème ( changement de robinetterie dans notre cas). Cassis a cette époque est très agréable car peu de touristes et les calanques ( y compris de Marseille ) sont accessibles .
