Beautiful Villa at the Gated Community of Watersong, Davenport, Florida in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
A perfect place to get away from it all, but near enough to visit the most exciting parks Florida has to offer, with Disney theme parks at only 20 minutes away.
This Orlando vacation Villa is double air-conditioned and beautifully located on the magnificent Watersong Resort.
With 2 separate lounge areas, and a third Lounge area set up as a movie room with beamer and Dolby Atmos sound on the first floor.
A modern kitchen downstairs with breakfast table and a separate Dining Area, 1 en suite master bedroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs for up to 10 guests.
Outside there is a Gas heated pool and deck, with a luxurious spa bath.
Booking made in 2020 for 2021 get free Jacuzzi heat.
The deck area is facing the South West, making this pool an oasis to get back to, and to be used from the early hours until late in the evening, even in wintertime.

Lovely villa in great location

As described, this villa is in a great location for all things Orlando. Overlooks lake and gets sun from late morning onwards. Well equipped and comfortable. The upstairs entertainment area is great, more comfortable than downstairs. Kitchen is well equipped and the dining area and back room is spacious. Outside the pool area is lovely. We had the pool heated and it was well worth it in December. Spa area is also lovely.

We are Robert and Jolande and we live in the Netherlands, Our first visit to the USA with our two sons was in 2011 to the state of Florida, we have visited Florida and the South West many times since then. The first few times in Florida we stayed in hotel rooms but after several years we rented small villa’s instead, because of the extra privacy and the little price difference on a longer stay. We also stayed at Watersong before and that made us feel right at home. There is a saying, if you can dream it you can do it, (Disney) so that is what we have done, we bought our own beautiful villa at the Magical Watersong resort.

We named the villa after a lake in Italy, and in this case the lake, Lago Maggiore in the north of Italy where we first met.

Maggiore also means great, so if you take a look on our website we hope you can see why.

Why they chose this property

This Villa is surrounded by nature and is an oasis of tranquility after a day at one of the amusement parks.
The Villa is part of one of the most beautiful Gated Community's near Orlando namely the Watersong Resort.

What makes this property unique

Close to all the things Florida is known for, and still enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of visiting the park.
A drink at the pool, and the kids at one of the many games in the Games Room like table tennis, pool, ice hockey or table football, it's all there.
The digital fun is also provided in the form of an Arcade game console with 350 games pre-installed.
