Bates Motel in Hector

Great location, great view, great unit. Was very remote and isolated. Just a little concerning at first. All the greats were worth it though

Banquet facility with a rental unit on premises.

We enjoyed our stay. The initial contact with Kristy was nonexistent (three calls and one email), yet she picked up her game once we arrived. The room was as advertised other than the marketed fireplace was not in working order. The marketing description of the room should be changed to exclude the fireplace. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stunning Property!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. Kristy was so accommodating and even brought us up some lawn chairs by request. The views across the green field of Seneca lake and old farmstead was superior and you can't beat the location to all the best wineries. The room was recently renovated and done beautifully. We will stay here again! Thank you so much!

Extremely private and spotlessly clean

This property is very quiet and private. My wife and I only saw one other person on the grounds the entire 3 days we were there. The rooms appear to have been very recently renovated and they are very clean and comfortable. Kristy was quick to communicate when I had booking questions, and our stay went very smoothly. The lake view is beautiful, and you are within easy reach of some great wineries. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
