Although small, it completely self-contained consisting of a combination living space & bedroom, along with a kitchenette for simple meals and coffee. Kitchenette includes a sink, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. FThe living space has hardwood flooring with 10 foot ceilings and artistic painting. Bathroom is beautiful with tile throughout and a large glass shower. Decor is a clean contemporary style sure to make you feel right at home. Outdoor dining is available with your own private patio-deck area for enjoying an evening meal. If you need a longer term stay, we have discounted rates for over 30 days. This apartment is comfortable and homey, perfect for a single individual who may be training here in town, attending an educational semenar, or traveling independently for a wedding, reunion, or social gathering. We also have long term Stays available (30 days). For this your Stay is discounted, and sales tax is not required. The cleaning fee for a short term stay is $125, for long term stays it is $220. If you staying 2 weeks, there is an added cleaning fee of $50 for the cleaners to come change out your bedsheets. Any questions, just ask.
