Live the Florida lifestyle at our 3 bed / 2 bath Bonita Springs pool home. Lush landscaping surrounds the lanai, which makes the private heated pool perfect for your family to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida sunshine! A shaded lounge area, TV, and wet bar are also available on the lanai. On the rare chilly day, cozy up by the electric fireplace or binge your favorite Netflix show! If you love to cook, this home offers everything needed and more. There is a breakfast nook with a view of the pool, a butler’s pantry, wet bar, and beverage fridge off of the kitchen. A desk is also available for your work-at-home needs.
***Note for peak season: The first booking needs to start on or before January 7. Feb or March rentals are only allowed if the previous month has been rented***

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The gorgeous primary suite offers that 5-star hotel experience with the comfort of a vacation home, with features such as a king bed, slipper tub, double vanity with vessel sinks, walk-in shower with rain head and body jets, and a his-and-hers closet. The suite also has direct access to a private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The first guest bedroom also offers direct access to the screened in lanai. Both king and queen mattresses were replaced in 2026.

WIFI Included (250 mbps). Streaming available on TVs in living, master bedroom, both guest bedrooms, and on the lanai. One parking spot available in the garage. Propane grill (BBQ) available. Beach chairs & umbrellas available.

Our pool home is located in Bonita Springs, one of Southwest Florida's most popular cities. The famous gulf beaches of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are about a 10 minute drive, perfect for a spur of the moment beach day. This home is also about a 5 minute drive to Riverside Park in the heart of Historic Bonita Springs, home to the Historic Liles Hotel, Artist Cottages, Butterfly Garden and Bandshell. The park frequently hosts live performances and events throughout the year. In addition, kayak rentals and the Everglades Wonder Gardens are a quick drive away.

Loved our stay at this beautiful house! The set up with Master on one side & 2 bedrooms on the other was perfect with our friends & family during their visits. Loved the outdoor pool area with great seating. We had communication issues with the property management, it would’ve been nice to talk to the same person each time we needed assistance with something but other than that everything was great!Downtown Old Bonita was a 10 minute drive & lots of fun places to eat/drink & some shopping. Highly recommend!

Relaxing spring break

Everything was seamless. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the week. It was really nice that we could adjust the temperature of the pool to our liking. Had some issues with the pool, but the management company was very responsive to work to resolve the issue.

Nice stay!

Vey nice and quiet neighborhood! House was very comfortable and clean! Beach was about 10 minutes away (Barefoot Beach) and had to pay $8 to park. TV was a bit odd as we were only able to watch via Roku - no regular tv programming. Overall a nice stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our trip to Bonita Springs in this beautiful home. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furnishings are updated and comfortable. The home is spotless and roomy. The outdoor space was so inviting along with plenty of seating. It’s only a short drive to Barefoot Beach with plenty of things to do! We felt like we were at home for our 23 day vacation. We can’t say enough amazing things about this property. Everything was terrific-thank you!

September Stay

Overall a good experience. Located off of Old 41 and close to a wedding venue we attended. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to freeways and shopping areas. All rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice pool area. The only things that I might recommend is better labeling for the light switches and directions for the television usage. (all minor things). Would recommend and would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: This home has lots of little extras, appreciated all the hooks and shoe rack in the master bedroom. A few things to improve the stay would be better pillows, a clean sponge and dish wand, and some directions on how the TV works. Could never even turn on the TV in the master. But it’s a lovely home with plenty of beach towels and the outdoor fridge was great! Also a very nice pool.

Lovely property shame about the building site

The property has everything you would expect in a Florida villa , however what clients must take into consideration the golf course that backed on to the property is now a major building site with construction for seven days a week from 0700 in the morning to 1700(0500pm). The rental company in Florida only made us aware of this after taking the final payment telling us they had not had been aware of any major noise. This construction will continue for the foreseeable future and renters must be made aware of this so they can make a balanced decision.

We're sorry to hear that you felt that you weren't informed. Immediately when we were made aware of the planned construction in the area we contacted all guests for upcoming reservations and notified them. Behind this home no homes will be built, but they created a lake and are adding landscaping. Additional landscaping in the backyard was added for more privacy and the photographer was sent out for updated pictures of the backyard. The property webpage was updated with both these pictures and we added that there's construction in the area to the description. From previous guests we received good feedback.

Two couples and their children fit perfectly in this home. The home was beautiful decorated with a modern, beachy theme. The master was spacious, had a comfortable king-sized bed, and the shower was amazing! The second largest room has a comfortable queen bed, slider leading directly to the pool. The bathroom is right between this room and the third room for easy access from both rooms at night. The children slept in the third bedroom on the full-sized bed; however, the place is spacious enough to put up air mattresses if needed. The kitchen is a nice size, with a bar right off it and had anything that one could need. We wanted to stay inside as much as possible, so cooked our meals at home. There is a nice dining table for dinner as well as a breakfast nook right off the kitchen, but we ate most meals outside at the patio table. There is a gas grill in the outdoor kitchen and another refrigerator for keeping drinks cool when lounging poolside, which is where we lived during the entirety of our stay. The kids were in the pool from sunup until sundown. There are plenty of floats. We usually found ourselves floating around, listening to music, enjoying cocktails in the evenings. There is a plug in the living room to hook up both Android and iPhone for music through the pool speakers. The home is in a nice area of Bonita Springs. We went running each morning and we took evening walks. It is close to all the beaches. We did not take a beach trip this time, but there were beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for renters. It is very close to shopping, Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets. There are also several restaurants with outdoor seating nearby. There is an ice cream place nearby where we took the kids and walked down to a café and had a beer outside while the kids ate. This was the perfect place to go on a staycation as we had so much fun without barely leaving. We will be back!

Beim Bau einer Siedlung in der nähe waren viele Lastwagen mit viel Lärm unterwegs auch von der Baustelle war es zeitweise lärmig. Das endend auch einmal und dann wird es sicher wieder sehr ruhig. Das Haus selber und die Umgebung ist sehr schön und angenehm Viele Grüsse Rita und Peter Luginbuehl

It was nice that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms. My kids are adults and were staying with their significant others so me and my husband didnt want to be right next to them. The home was equipped with coolers and chairs which we used at the beach. It was nice that the home had plastic plates and cups for when we dinned outside at the pool. We have a pool at our home and we have a no glass rule outdoors and abided by the same rule here. Communicated with the property manager on a few items and they got back to me immediately. Would highly recommend this house for a group as we had plenty of space to spread out and not feel cramped.

What a week...

The check in was flawless. We picked the keys up at 2PM on a Sunday without problems. Arrived at a beautiful house, clean, comfortable and very well located. Very tastefully decorated. It was clean and had everything that we needed (including beach supplies). The home is in a quiet neighborhood, we always felt safe. It is not far to the airport and many public beach areas. There are restaurants that are a short drive that we enjoyed (try Grandpas pizza, it’s delicious). This was an adult trip so there were only the two of us, but we would definitely be able to stay here with our entire family!

The pool area is wonderful and the pool is beautiful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and near Old 41 which is undergoing a renovation of the area. The home is well stocked with towels and items for the pool and beach. The kitchen is has adequate supplies for cooking. We appreciated the supplies of basics like salt, pepper, spices etc.The front room is a bit sparse on furniture. Adding 2 chairs would be a great asset. The carpet in the smaller bedroom is worn and should be replaced with the other flooring that is throughout the rest of the home.
