Welcome to Whitsunday Apartment West 101.
This quaint one bedroom apartment is close to many of the island's wonderful offerings. Catseye Beach is only a short walk away where you can relax by the ocean, or simply enjoy the garden and ocean views from your balcony.
The apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi to cover all of your holiday needs. Although the apartment does not have a golf buggy included, it really isn't needed in such a centralised resort side location. There is also a free shuttle bus that leaves from the reception area on a regular basis to drop guests off at the Marina.
Suitable for families and couples alike this one bedroom apartment is the perfect location to take a break and relax while on holiday.

Fantastic views, fantastic location but ….

Bathroom had quite a bit of mould in shower area and 2 lights in bathroom that didn’t work. The glass doors on the veranda didn’t lock so was a bit nervous leaving. Advised reception but they said it wasn’t up to them to fix because room is privately owned, Complimentary shuttle bus didn’t seem to exist. We were left at the Marina and had to find our own way to accomodation then again had to find out own way back to Marina. we were standing directly beside the “complimentary shuttle bus” waiting for driver to open door on trailer for luggage but driver simply drove off and left us standing there. When we rang HIApartments, we were advised they don’t organise the shuttle bus and told to catch the blue bus which should have been the green bus. A bit of a schmoozle considering the price we paid for the room.

I appreciate you informing us of the mould in the shower this is something we will attend to promptly. The complementary shuttle bus is a service operated by Hamilton Island, these run with every flight and every ferry arriving/ departing on the island. I will certainly discuss what occurred on the day you arrived & departed as this is unacceptable and would leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth when in this situation so we do empathise for you here. Shane, we do hope to hear from you again in the future so we can ensure you have a much more enjoyable and smooth stay.
