Excellent stay. The condo was larger than I was expecting, very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We loved having coffee on the deck, swimming in the pool, and exploring the nearby beaches. Would absolutely book here again!

Amazing and peaceful cottage. Very responsive hosts. Cottage very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Getting to town or ferry’s to the islands was easy either by walking 20 mins or a simple Uber/Lyft. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this cottage and we'll be back. My favorite things about this cottage: Cleanliness. This cottage was clean and that's my number one priority. The abundance of outlets! So convenient. The ceiling fan in the bedroom. Make or break a good sleep for us. The comfort of the beds. Such a huge thing! And how well stocked the unit was! This was such a relief for tired travelers! Thank you and we'll be back.

I’d recommend choosing another property.

We did not have a good experience at all. Just hoping to save others the headache. We had to come to the area for a funeral and this situation didn’t help an already dreaded trip. Workers in area on deck outside of our deck right by the window where we were sitting. Unit was terribly musty. Had several, full damp rid bags in bedrooms. Checked in after dark . Unit was 50 and didn’t get above 60 all night due to every room using a baseboard heater that wasn’t very warm. Plastic blinds have holes in them with NO curtains. People can see right in. Totally an unacceptable experience but all were offered was for the resort to call the police. We didn’t do that. We checked out after 14 hours. And basically lost $1000. Choose wisely. We didn’t.

We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the accommodations. We've looked into the issues you brought up. We were unable to duplicate an issue with the heater and we have not been able to detect a moldy smell. We found a window blind that was cracked and it has been replaced. This property is very private and there isn't a walkway close enough for people to see through the crack in the blind. You had informed us about the cracked blind and the workers nearby that were making you uncomfortable. So we contacted the on-site manager who confirmed that the neighbor's deck was being repaired but didn't see the workers near this unit.

Cozy, clean and cute cottage.

Overall enjoyed our stay. We had a well stocked kitchen and the atmosphere was relaxing. The washer and dryer were great and beds were comfortable. As we flew in from Florida, we were disappointed that there were no beach towels and chairs.

So Great!

What a cute little place - decorated nicely, very comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals at "home" while traveling. The neighborhood is quiet and over all the experience was fantastic. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Hyannis area!
