We truly loved our stay in The Cottage! The location was perfect for the day trips we took to other spots in Cape Cod as well as being able to take the ferry to Nantucket. Home is close to Downtown Hyannis and lots of amenities. House is very comfortable, bright with lots of windows and served our family very well.

The Home was everything they said it would be. Please thank the Owners as we had a wonderful time. We have traveled using VRBO many times and the home ranks very well as a place to enjoy. The location is excellent as its close to everything but far enough away to enjoy peaceful time. We would love to stay there again in our next trip to the Cape in 2 years. BTW, all of the many Local People we encountered on the different towns we went to on the Cape were just Kind and Decent People which was awesome.

The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, looks just like the pictures online, decorated nicely. The downfall was that the beds were not comfortable. The mattresses need to be replaced.

This was a wonderful place to stay! I booked this for myself and three friends to visit the Cape and both Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. The location was perfect. It was a great launching point each day. The house is roomy, immaculate and very comfortable. The owner was quickly available for any questions that we had. My advice is to book this now! It’s perfect.

Better than I expected

This house is very, very well equipped and supplied, from kitchen gear to Ethernet cable and laptop adapter. The house is much bigger inside than the exterior photos suggest, and it was very clean and coolly decorated. Yard well manicured. The location is nicely central for overall Cape Cod access. Hyannisport water front (Kennedy Compound) only .7 miles away and downtown Hyannis 5-minute drive or a nice walk. Property manager Mark was super.
