This spacious and light-filled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is super family-friendly and is set up to accommodate 1 large family or 2 families with 4 kids. Enjoy the spectacular views of Carson Peak and beyond from your deck and from inside too! There is a generously stocked game closet and flat-screen TV in the living room for a family movie or game night. In the garage, you will find a ping pong table and dart board, with plenty of room left for your car and all the gear you might bring for fishing or boating on the nearby lakes or skiing on June Mountain. (all less than 5 minutes away) The kitchen has all new modern appliances and is well stocked with all you need for creating a family dinner. The large laundry room with a washer and dryer will help keep you clean after a day of adventure. If you must work; remote learning and virtual working are supported by fast and reliable broadband internet and strong cellular connection.
Sunny and light-filled, this condo has it all! Bring the whole family to Aspen Meadows #2 and stay some extra days to work and play. No RV`s or trailers are allowed to park on the complex grounds.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. While we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, it wasn`t long enough. The views are spectacular! On Wednesday night we enjoyed the annual Perseid Meteor shower. We enjoyed the BBQ and the mountain views....

Your home is perfect! We enjoyed the coziness, made home-cooked meals, ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a view. We hiked nearby trails, played ping pong, and watched scary movies as a family. We thank you for the experience.

I love this condo. We had a great time. The kitchen had all supplies for cooking our food. Clean rooms and restrooms. Very cozy condo and the location is the best. Nice view from the balcony. I would come back there again.

`Your condo is nothing short of spectacular! We had the most relaxing and adventurous spring break - something so needed after a full year of shutdowns, social distancing, and masks. We feel full again! Highlights:
Soaking in Wild Willy`s Hot Springs
Touring Bodie
Walking around Gull Lake
Mimosas at The Double Eagle
but mostly...
The balcony view!

Quiet and scenic with wonderful deck views and close to the lakes and ski area.

Perfect cozy cabin that worked great for our family of 5 ski trip to June mountain. I might suggest stocking a few more flashlights in case of a power outage which we had after a really heavy snowfall. The fireplace warmed the entire house even without the power!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 children. It was overall a great experience. We really appreciated that there was already a baby gate for the stairs and that there was a heavy protective grate to keep kids away from the wood stove. They also had a hair tie on the kitchen sink cabinet to keep kids away from the chemicals. Lots of little things that made staying there with kids less stressful. The unit was plenty spacious. All of the amenities worked well. I appreciated being able to park a car in the garage. It was a one minute drive from June Mountain. The views of the mountains from the living room/dining room were breathtaking. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Perfect for 2 Families

Property was super close to June Mountain. Condo was just right for 4 kids 4 adults. Grown ups get their own rooms, kids share the bunk room. Beautiful views of mountains out living room window. Laundry room was so nice to have to dry out snow clothes for the day.

Amazing View!!!

We loved our stay here. The place was nice, clean, comfortable, and stocked more than any other place we have stayed at (seriously, they had everything). It was close to June Lake Village, but, there were no walking areas right outside the front door which was kind of a bummer. But, overall, we loved it and would totally recommend it!

Great property with everything we needed and more

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has so many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I forgot to bring a toothbrush and thought I needed to wait until the next morning to get it from the general store. To my pleasant surprise there was a jar in the master bathroom with various handy personal care items, including an individually wrapped toothbrush! Thanks for saving the day! My son was also in love with the dart board in the garage. We highly recommended this place to anyone going to June lake. We woo definitely stay again!

2nd time staying at Aspen Meadows 2. Very comfortable for a family . Nice updated kitchen appliances and kitchen well stocked . Plenty of wood for daily fires. Negatives… beds and bedding need to be updated. Mattresses hard. No remote in master bed so tv unavailable. Very little toilet paper for 6 people for 5 days.

Fabulous spot

Stayed here with my wife and three kids as well as my in-laws. Plenty of room for everyone and very spacious. Kitchen was full of everything you needed. Excellent location and close to many activities.

Fantastic cabin, tastefully decorated, tons of books, games, kitchen supplies, spices, etc. Really had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you. Our two families (4 kids who stayed in the bunk beds) had a blast and almost didn't want to leave the cabin.

The Perfect Escape from 2020

The layout of this property was perfect for our group of seven from three families. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. Great access to fishing and hiking (and we caught a good amount of fish, including three brown trout and a 6 3/4 lb rainbow). Everything was so perfect and old school that we almost forgot 2020 was happening.
