As always, the stay was wonderful! Crystal was extremely helpful in getting an item that was left returned to us. We have rented this cabin about 8 times and will continue coming back!
Spacious cabin fitting perfectly with our needs over the weekend. Super porch seating allowing for great conversations and the cabi was close to town when we needed to pick up something we forgot.
It was a very nice area and the decorations were good but one of the TVs would not work and none of us could get the WiFi to connect to our phones even with the given password. The fire pit area was really neat but it was not maintained very well and looked very buggy. We used the outdoor grill and it worked great and we liked that there was an option for covered parking.

Disappointing
The property was not as described - no gas grill, broken patio furniture, broken ice maker, rotten deck wood, pool table was damaged and untipped sticks. Shower head held on with tape. Door handles broken. But location was nice. Ask questions before reserving…

Family June Trip
We have been going to Broken Bow for over 6 years now. we have stayed at different cabins, This cabin was by far the least acceptable one we stayed at. so many things were wrong with this property. First of all, the yard was unkept. It had weeds growing and it looked like no one had been there in months. The entrance doors are very worn and dirty. No one has cleaned or attempted to clean these doors. The inside was dusted- but not clean. The couches look very old and worn. I understand this property is a mobile home - not a cabin like in the description. The only tv in the entire home that worked was in the first living room. The other tvs were not functioning. We had to listen to Ms Rachel and CoCoMelon all weekend due our 2 year old's obsession. the internet was not working and it was 24 hours later before we received accurate codes. the shower in the jack n jill bathroom was put together with black duct tape. Due to it being my daughters 30th birthday- i had no optin but to stay- I didnt want to lose my money - but it is very disappointing to have to spend 4 days in a diry environment.
The property was very close to the lake and state park. Outside, there was a large deck, hot tub, and a large fire pit area down the hill. There were also two hammocks by the little brook that runs through the property. Inside, the layout was comfortable with plenty of space to hang out. The house was clean and everything was functional. All of the TVs had streaming service capabilities, and the Internet speed was good.
The only things to be aware of 1) sparse cookware made it a challenge to cook for a big group 2) a cat urine odor was present in the two bedrooms off the kitchen 3) the room with the pool table is pretty small so it made it a challenge to shoot pool 4) when checking the gas grill upon arrival, we found there was no tank - and was told the ordinance in the area recently changed restricting the use of LP tanks at cabins. We were unable to use the gas grill as a result. There is a charcoal grill available though. 5) the bathroom showers were "well used" and could use some work.

It was okay, didn’t find accuracy in the description of the property.
The chairs outside by the fire pit were broken, the propane grill was out of order, the hot tub controller panel couldn’t read, guessed to figure out. Cleanliness of the cabin was questionable.
The cabin needs to be updated.

OK..Not Great
This property is OK...not so great as compared to other properties in the area which are newer. This is an old property. Description did not clearly mention that it's one level house.
Fireplace was out of order
Outdoor grill was out of order
Pool table stuck between 4 walls so tough to play
The price we paid for this, is not worth it.
Property was very clean and enjoyable. The host was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely return to this cabin. Had a great weekend.

Needs work
The patio and all furniture was completely covered in pollen, and not useable until we hosed everything off. The A/c….well either it didn’t work or just failed to cool the house. Adjustments to the the thermostat didn’t help at all.
Would suggest bringing your own nonstick skillet, and the cooking grates on both grills were almost not useable.
The house was located on a very private road. We stayed four days and only saw three cars the entire time. Host was very sweet and easy to get ahold of. Hot tub and pool table were a huge bonus! Such a great time!
The property is so lovely! We did get to have a fire pit night twice during our stay. It rained quite a bit, but we got to play cards and dominoes on the huge covered deck! It was wonderful to sit with the group and enjoy the rain. Kitchen amenities were great, and the mattresses on the bed were amazing. Altogether, a fantastic place to go to as a family. Thank you for providing such a fun place!

The property need a really good cleaning. The floors were not very clean and behind the trash can was lots of black stuff that almost looked like tobacco. The towels in the basket for the hot tub had a urine smell to them and the property itself had a slight rotten egg smell. The pool table is poor quality as it leans and had some issues.
My husband passed away unexpectedly on November 2, 2020. He wanted a gathering near Presbyterian Falls, where we had our first camping trip. It was a beautiful tribute to him.
We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was wonderful and so siren. It was a beautiful place and space to be. I’m definitely going back.

Good location & outside
Location & outside setup was awesome, rental is a double wide trailer but it is comfortably furnished. However it was poorly stocked & not real clean. It looked clean but when I dropped something on the floor the paper towel I used to pick up came back filthy - I don’t think floor had been mopped. There was no mop for me to use either. The hand soap was watered down, no soap in any showers, limited toilet paper, paper towels. Only 4 forks, 2 dessert forks, 3 glasses & 1 wine glass. 2 bowls- you get the idea. Basically you were renting a shell- really needs more. Lots of plates, looks like they may be slowly stocking it.

Double Wide
This is not a cabin; it is a double-wide trailer. I have come to Broken Bow several times, and this is the worst place. They limited toilet paper and one paper towel. The refrigerator was broken with the ice and water not dispensing. The freezer drawer on the refrigerator handle was broken off, and you had to use the sides to pull it open.
Very relaxing trip. Property was clean for the most part. Porch could of been washed down, but did that when we first got there. Needed maintenance done in one bathroom. Response time and fixed with two hours.
