Great Stay

We stayed in this house for a school event with students. It was a good trip and the Property Manager was great help with anything I needed. It is an easy walk to Lucas Oil and I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking for something in this area.

This property is the perfect choice for downtown events. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. The downstairs bedroom was HUGE, which was great for our luggage. The upstairs was a great place for the kids to hang out. Will definitely book again

Convention Center Visit

Our family stayed dor an event at the convention center. The property was great. It was very clean amd well maintained. It had everyrhing we needed and its location close to the convention center made it easy to access. The hist was excellent, giving us suggestions for meals and answering any qurstions we had.

Perfect for what we needed

It was perfect since we needed to get back and forth to Lucas oil multiple times. Such an easy walk! Looked just like the pictures and the host was so quick with communication.

Close to all things downtown!

Property had all things we needed, was close to all things downtown. Plenty of parking, but a bit tight if you drive a big truck. Managers were great and prompt about answering questions. Beds were so comfy!

Loved it!

We were a bit skittish about the neighborhood at first but everything turned out to be ok. The place is so convenient and close to everything! The house is spacious, clean and has very comfortable beds. Definitely will stay here again if we travel back to Indiana.

Great family option so close to downtown!

This was a very nicely updated property in a super convenient location, especially if you're looking to enjoy downtown Indy. It was great for our family - nice bedroom downstairs and plenty of beds upstairs for the kids. The stairs are narrow, so keep that in mind if you're planning for someone who struggles with stairs to stay in the upstairs rooms. It was nice to be able to park in the back of the property (parking accessible from the alley) vs. relying on roadside parking. The house was incredibly clean and very comfortable, and fully furnished with all the amenities plus some nice touches (e.g. water bottles, some snacks, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, etc...). We would definitely stay here again!

Good location for convention center

This home was great for our stay in Indianapolis. The location was good for getting to the convention center. The neighborhood didn't seem great but the neighbors where friendly. Although, it is an older home it has been fixed up. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wedding stay

The accommodations were very nice, the location was great since wedding was held at the Biltwell. The street was hard to locate since the street sign was wrapped in a piece of cloth. The parking area was littered with bottles and some trash. The house was very nice with plenty of towels and washcloths only thing would be nice if kleenex was available, has to use toilet paper.

Perfect, super cute place!

The house was perfect! It looks just like the pictures. Easily sleeps 9 comfortably. Tons of towels and extra blankets supplied. The kitchen isn't super stocked, but we probably did more cooking than most do. We made do with what was in the kitchen. Also, the house sleeps 9, but the kitchen table only seats 4, and the living room only comfortably sits 4 to 5. A few more comfy chairs would have been nice. I would recommend bringing fold up camping chairs if you are driving. The location is perfect. You can see the stadium for the end of the driveway. It is totally walkable. We did not walk but could have. Every Uber we took to downtown was less than $10. We arrived after dark, and upon coming up to the street & house, we were a bit worried about the neighborhood. But in the daylight, it was totally fine! We were a group of 8 women and never once felt unsafe. In fact we chatted with the neightbors quite a bit! Every one of us said we would 100% stay here again!

Guy’s weekend

Such an easy process and stay, all the way around! Easy booking, keyless check-in, great property and easy checkout! The property can easily sleep 6 adults, each with their own bed! Good location, about a mile from downtown bars and restaurants, less than $10 Uber ride! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being a great host and renting a great property! This home is older but nicely remodeled. For some guys attending Gencon, it was great. Could sleep up to 9 people but 6 comfortably. A/C worked great. Everything was nice and comfortable. Included towels, hand towels, paper towels, tp, hand soaps, trash bags. Funiture was space appropriate. Tv was nice. WIFI was great. Beds were fine. I would stay again.

This was a great place. Owner is friendly and a joy to communicate with. It is not a perfect property, but everything works, especially the A/C. We enjoyed the amenities available. Towels, laundry machines, tv, garbage disposal, dishwasher, sheets, bed coverings were great. The floor in the living room slopes, but foor an older home that has been remodeled, it is normal. I would rent again.
