This was by far and above the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Beautiful home, beautiful location, just perfect. We will definitely be going back when we need to be in Lexington!
we have stayed at this property before and absolutely love it!
we met the owner this last week when we were renting this property
absolutely a wonderful person . supportive to our family as we were there for medical reasons
Beautiful home to spend some quality time with family we haven’t seen for a while! Place was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The location was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
This is a beautiful home with many loving touches. Outside of Lexington but not too far. Wake up to horses in the field right outside of the window. I would recommend this for couples and adults. This amazing home has a lot of beautiful pieces and a stepped down room which made it a little nerve wracking with small kids. They loved it though and are asking to go back.
This place was amazing. Eddie is a wonderful host offering activities based on your preference upon arrival. The property and neighboring horse farm land is so beautiful. It was so relaxing going outside on the back porch and watching the horses graze. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises. The house has been renovated and what a transformation looking at the before pictures which can be found in the welcome book located in the house. Very clean and so much space!
House was amazing. You couldn't ask for more beautiful and peaceful scenery when setting on the back patio. I would highly recommend this house for anyone. In fact I did let one of the other parents know at the volleyball tournament we were down there for. Her family comes down there to show horses. She marked the house as a favorite so she could possibly rent it for one of their stays.
This was one of my very best short-term rental experience anywhere in the world. The house is roomy, quiet, and impeccable. It is fully-decorated and feels like a home. The closet space is ample. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It does have a section of the living room which is sunken by a gentle step down. If you are traveling with toddlers or anyone who is unsteady, they provide stantions you can use to cordon off the small section of the living room. If all of you are aware and capable of the step you can leave the stantions open so they don't impede your flow. We used them and were grateful to have them. The very best thing about the house is its location which has neighbors but feels very private and "horsey." We slept incredibly well because the road and location are so quiet. Fireflies, two horses for neighbors, green lawns everywhere, hydrangeas.

Thanks for the nice review. I hope you return soon.
Owner was great. He checked with us frequently. He even took us on a tour of his farm. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check out the black raspberries.
Absolutely the best!! Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing…. Eddie is the best host and made our stay one we will never forget!! Will definitely make this home a repeat!! 💕
Perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the decor. You walk in and you feel like home. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. We so enjoyed the house and the wonderful views and hope to come back and stay.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words but words can only convey emotion. Personal experience catalyzes those emotions. You may be able to conjure in your mind's eye Morgans running on a hillside of green while listening to others whinny in the distance, but it is only an abstraction. To be present and witness the majesty of sight and sound must be first-hand.
Add to that masterfully planned, newly rehabbed accommodations (the owner thoughtfully provided photos of before in his Welcome Information Binder) fit our party of three couples perfectly. To not mention that sweet bluetooth baby grand would be a failure on our part!
Eddie, our highly congenial gentleman host, let us know he was available if we needed anything at all or something was amiss. He said he lives nearby and even offered a tour of his farm. We, unfortunately, couldn't fit that visit into our planned activities, but since we plan to return, we look forward to availing ourselves of that option.
We wish to thank Eddie publicly for his hospitality. Five stars.

Thanks for the nice review. I look forward to your return visit.
Clean and comfortable with the added bonus of awesome musical instruments available for guests to play. We enjoyed cooking in the fantastic kitchen while playing music together. The home is furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and couches for relaxing. We loved our stay in Kentucky!
We had a great time staying at this quiet and clean house. Loved having the horses all around for our morning walks. Eddie was an amazing host. Take time to stay here and get to know the area.
Our family of 5 LOVED every minute of our stay! Eddie was more than accommodating and quick to respond. We loved watching the horses roam. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have stayed in as far as utensils and appliances. We will be back! Don’t miss out on this amazing property in an amazing location!
The house is beautiful and has everything anyone might need and more. It has very serene surroundings with pastures and horses. The host went the extra mile for our group. We would
love to stay there again.

About the host
Hosted by Kasey
I'm a local farm owner that likes building projects. I'm in semi- retirement from farming and insurance with no appreciation or understanding of how to handle idle time.
Why they chose this property
The property is located in one of the most desirable roads in Central Kentucky. The road is used by neighbors and locals to walk, jog and bike. You might join the Todd's Road Stumblers running every Saturday morning. The Iroquois hunt field is nearby.
The house was completed remodeled with nothing original but the brick and framing. It was planned for short term rentals with each bedroom having a full bath.
