Little Kingsley Beach House - Watch the Whales go by

(Do you have more than 5 people in your group or need another property for family members? Make sure you look up Kingsley Beach House. It is the front part of this property and if available the two combined allow you to sleep up to 15 people).

Little Kingsley Beach House is a Hamptons inspired flat at the back of our flagship property Kingsley Beach House. Air conditioning, Wifi and just across the road from the beach. In the winter months, enjoy the fire pit in the back yard.

Little Kingsley Beach House provides you with absolutely everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your beachside holiday. (Note: no garage is available at this property, however the driveway can fit up to 3 cars). With an outdoor deck area with a BBQ and a gorgeous fire pit area up the back, you will truly feel at home.

Surrounded by National Parklands, Boat Harbour offers a protected sandy beach, ideal for the little ones. There is a council park for family picnics (including a BBQ) and a good surf break at Kingsley Beach. Fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from Boat Harbour Beach.

Watch the whales as they play off the shore, walk to two famous whale watching look-outs or sit and watch them come by from the balcony.

If you have a group larger than 5, look for Kingsley Beach House. This house is at the front and sleeps an additional 10 people. Book one or both!

NB: This property provides linen and has smoke alarms.

Note: NO smoking at this property. No pets. We actively enforce a no party / no schoolies / no excessive noise policy.

Important Note: Little Kingsley has a $250 security deposit payable on each booking. The host will contact you directly prior to your arrival for payment of the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property. The Security Deposit will be refunded once you have vacated and the property has been checked and cleaned.

Wonderful home away from home

We had such a lovely stay at The Little Beach House. A peaceful picturesque location with beautiful beaches and lookouts just minutes away. We had all the comforts of home in this clean, spacious and welcoming beach house. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

A comfortable, well provisioned, home away from home

A truly comfortable, home away from home, just a stones throw from the fantastic whale viewing platform at boat harbour and some stunning coastal walks. This place has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, with a few little luxuries you might not expect. We definitely plan to return in the future, and highly recommend to others.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little place great furnishings and decor perfect across from the beach beautiful views and the sound of the crashing waves however what a shame the place was not cleaned properly looks like a quick make of beds fresh towels and a quick wipe . Also wifi kept dropping out could be because upstairs house had a lot of guests probably using all the net . Would stay here again if it was properly cleaned . The roof , shower head and bathroom was mouldy could do with a good clean !

Photos are accurate, very clean and homey. Provided most essentials, down the road from the beach, quick drive from the shops and great location overall. Unfortunately there is no reception in Boat harbour but there is wifi at this property and once you leave the street you get reception again. Was such a lovely and beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you
