We loved our stay! The house was comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal and the back patio was so relaxing to enjoy said meal. There were lots of movies to watch during down time. The location couldn’t be more perfect. I stayed with my two daughters and they loved the playground being so close and the creek to play in. We walked everywhere. We tasted all 8 mineral springs and played at the arcade several times. We’d love to come and stay again and would happily recommend the adorable little blue house on the creek.

Great location, cute cottage

This was the perfect short walk to downtown Manitou while just outside the shopping so still a quiet and tranquil stay. Everything we needed was provided and we all enjoyed the vacation a lot.

What a great place. The house exceeded my expectations. I love these old homes in Manitou that have been updated. It’s cute, larger than I thought it would be, and much closer in to the heart of manitou than I expected. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to the park and shops and easy access to the Manitou Incline. The bed is king sized with a firm foam mattress that was comfortable. There were more amenities in the kitchen than expected. Everything was so clean. There were plenty of towels in both the bathroom and kitchen. There are reusable grocery bags so you don’t have to pay for bags when you shop. Washer and dryer worked great.There are conveniences like a closet with hangers included. There’s a chest of five large drawers and a smaller stand with drawers. There are two nightstands both with plenty of shelves. There are towel hooks on the backs of the doors. I loved keeping the back door open in the morning with the screen door shut so I could hear the stream. We grilled on the gas grill out back. We loved having our own secluded outdoor space that is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed every feature during our short 4 nights here. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay longer next time.Communication was excellent the entire time. Brenda knew we’d arrive late and made sure the lights were on for us. Entry was easy by following the simple directions. Everything is clearly communicated.

Great location

The cottage is conviently located to downtown Manitou Springs- walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only a short drive to many major attractions. The house met all of our needs. We would gladly stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the little house by the creek in Manitou Springs. The house was absolutely perfect for everything we needed, especially the location both to downtown and Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. We were able to park and walk most of the week without having to take our vehicle anywhere. Loved the creekside patio really appreciate your hospitality. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

My family absolulty loved this little cottage. It is nestled in a perfect location to so many wonderful things. It was clean and perfect. I recommend this place to anyone. I loved every minute there.

Perfect getaway

This was a super cute home in the perfect location! We were within driving distance of several attractions and within walking distance of shopping and dining. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed! Some other renters had a hard time with parking- we didn’t have any problems tho! Loved our stay!

Charming and Convenient

Great for a couple. Loved the location, located on one end of the long Manitou Avenue street full of small town restaurants and gift shops. To be sure, it is an old house; but if you are fine with that, then this gives you all that you need. We would stay here again.
