Stay and relax in our luxurious condominium in the popular Meadow House complex. Conveniently located a short distance to the Village at Sunriver and the Sunriver Lodge, you might opt to leave the car behind when out exploring the area!

This condo has all the upgrades and charm to make your Sunriver experience truly exceptional. The family chef will feel right at home in the gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, slab granite countertops, stainless appliances and, commercial-grade gas range. An adjacent dining area features a wood farmhouse table with seating for 6 and opens up to a great outdoor living space with comfortable patio seating and a gas BBQ for hosting summer meals. Head back inside to the living area, tastefully decorated with leather seating that boasts a TV, gas stone fireplace, hardwood flooring, board games, and books-creating a great cozy feeling on a snow-filled winter night!

Down the hall is the laundry room, a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a well-appointed ensuite bedroom with a comfortable King bed. On the upper level, you will find the loft-bedroom suite with 2 Twin beds and a private bathroom.

This unit has air conditioning!  Enjoy that cool A/C air or head outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 2 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

Perfect rental!

Perfect rental- comfortable, updated, all amenities needed. With two adults and two kids, we all had a great time together making and meals together, but also enjoyed our own areas for quiet and downtime, the golf course view is wonderful as well. Thank you!

Meadow House

Lovely stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Perfect 15 minute (walking) distance for a nice stroll to the village. So sweet being able to let the kids play in the snow on the golf course, we could watch them from the warmth of inside at times. Thank you!

My family of 4 stayed at this condo for 4 nights. Everything was great! Nice and clean and a lovely view of the golf course from the back deck. We enjoyed all the bike paths and the two bikes provided were a plus. Good location and a very quiet area. Would not hesitate to come back again. We did have a problem with the fire place not working our first night, but Bennington got someone out right away to fix it! The customer service and communication from the rental office made our stay all the more better!

Fall Getaway

Mountain House 49 is a beautifully appointed townhome with all the comforts of home. A main point of comfort is the master king size bed. The view of the 17th fairway and the horse pasture beyond is a treat to wake up to and a lovely sunset to enjoy. We’ve stayed twice and are booking our next stay.

Golf course winterwonderland.

Meadow House #49 looks directly at the the 17th fairway. As we were there in late February, and it had snowed, we had a wonderful view of a snow covered fairway. Over the course of the day, we watch people walk their dog, XC-ski, and just santer through the snow. I would highly recommend this condo. It is tastefully appointed, very clean, and the kitchen is a joy in which to cook. I would add that the owners need to better stock the 'basics' of a kitchen...saran wrap, tupperwear, and zip-lock bags. We hope to return one day.

The pre-arrival communication was simple and our kids were thrilled when they walked in remarking, “it looks brand new.” It was a beautiful space and we had a much needed respite playing games and heading out to snow play. This property exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful high end finishes. Loved the view where we sat & watched the sun go down. We really took advantage of the 2 included bikes and rode many miles each day. We ate in every night and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait to return!
