Super Cute & Cozy Apartment in Downtown Mystic!

Live large in a small space! This lovely little ground floor one bedroom apartment in downtown Mystic packs a surprisingly big punch for its size and is walkable to almost everywhere! The Seaport, the drawbridge, the Amtrak Station are all less than a ten minute walk away. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $60 fee

The apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and practicality in a small space and seems to work well for couples, small families, and close friends. The main living area features a two to three person sofa that coverts into a double bed, a small armchair, 50 ROKU Smart TV and a decent sized coat closet.

The kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a full meal, including a four burner induction cooktop and a combination microwave / convection oven, Nutri Bullet blender, and Delonghi espresso maker, conventional coffee maker, and French press.

The bedroom which is tucked away from the main living space and separated by a door, just fits a comfy queen bed, but features another decent-sized closet. To access the nicely appointed bathroom, you must pass through the bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with a range of Aveeno products.

Onsite laundry for guests staying 5 days or more is available in the garage beside the apartment.

There is a small outdoor area with a two person cafe table and chair set where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Please note that this is a ground floor apartment and that there is a two bedroom apartment directly above which is also an short term rental. There are strict quiet times in place and being respectful of those staying in the ground floor unit is a condition of booking but some noise from the upstairs unit is inevitable.

While this apartment is pet fiendly, because of the upstairs apartment, dogs who bark excessively cannot be left unattended. All dogs must be leashed while in the yard and when going from the apartment to your vehicle.

We also ask that you be respectful of your upstairs neighbors and observe quiet time.
