Treat yourself to a luxury holiday in this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.

This beautiful home is ideally suited for couples and families who enjoy and appreciate the comforts of home.

As a guest you will enjoy the timber flooring, open plan living with the reverse cycle air conditioning, quality furnishing, and comfortable bedrooms together with a corner spa.

This house is now also fully fenced and Dog Friendly!

Facilities: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 3 Queen beds, 3 Single beds - Sleeps 9

Features: Dog Friendly (subject to conditions and approval); Free WiFi (bandwidth speeds limited and data usage monitored); Flat Screen TV, DVD, CD plus TVs in 2 master bedrooms; Corner Spa in master ensuite; Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in open plan area; Private Gas BBQ (gas bottles provided); Paved outdoor entertaining area; Full kitchen & Laundry; Large open plan living area; Parking for 2 vehicles

All bed linen and bath towels are provided; not beach towels. We also supply a STARTER PACK of essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 2 x toilet rolls per toilet to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

All facilities are presented in good faith but due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we do not guarantee the availability of any particular item or service during your stay though we will make every reasonable effort to ensure all is in order.

Fabulous house and fabulous location!

Loved our stay in dunsborough. House was perfect - clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was wonderful! We had our dogs with us and did lots of walks on the beach and into town. Would definitely come again.

A lovely weekend again in this complex! The property was spacious and had all you needed for a comfortable stay……even a teapot! The showers are amazing too! A pleasant walk to the town for coffees and brekkie . We will definitely stay there again.

Awesome home away from home

Lovely property, we went as three couples and liked the idea of having our own bathrooms, the two master bedrooms also had their own TVs. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area was lovely. The beach was very close and beautiful. We would all highly recommend this lovely beach house.

Dunsborough Delight

Great house that is wonderful for families. We stayed with my Mum and she was very happy to have her own room, tv and bathroom. It is clean and comfortable with a great backyard that is dog friendly. The location is perfect and the beach is a two minute stroll.

Large scale, well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at house#2. It’s very well equipped and the furniture and size of the rooms are large scale and spacious. Our furry family member also enjoyed walks on the beach and in to town. Great location and friendly service. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect property for us-3 bathrooms and a large,open kitchen, dining and living area. Very close to the beach and an easy walk into Dunsborough ( and pet friendly). Kate was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
