5 bedrooms : 1 king with ensuite and 4 queen (one with ensuite).
Two spacious living areas that open onto a large deck with spectacular views across Long Beach to the Toll Gate Islands.
The house is a 7 minute walk to beach where you can fish, swim or just take a stroll.
The nearby nature reserve has excellent walking tracks that will take you through a forest of spotted gums on the way to another beautiful beach. Kangaroos are easily seen from the house or while walking in the area.
Batemans Bay is a 10 minute drive with a wide range of shopping, restaurants and tourist activities. Get fish and chips in town or buy fresh fish and prepare it in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas bbq on the upper deck. Home delivery from Dominos is also available.
You can just relax indoors and watch a DVD or Netflix (requires guest to use own account) in the media room or enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens.
In cooler weather, enjoy the combustion wood stove in the main living area.

The property is non-smoking inside and outside.
No parties or pets allowed.
Maximum of 10 guests.
[Allergy advice: although pets are not allowed, we sometimes have our family dogs staying in the house.]
Please note we have 7 night minimum stays during some dates in December and January, a 4 night minimum at Easter and a 2 night minimum at all other times.
Arrival time is 2pm and departure time is 10am. If vacant, the arrival and departure times can be adjusted by arrangement.
Linen and towels are not provided. We recommend that you use Blissful Bedding Linen Hire in Batemans Bay who can deliver.
