Thank you for providing us with your feedback. The Dominican Republic, being a developing country, faces challenges in terms of cost-effective electricity distribution. To promote energy conservation among renters during their stay, we offer a daily electricity allowance. Any usage exceeding this allowance will result in guests being responsible for the additional electricity charges incurred. This information can be found in the listing description, rental agreement, and house rules provided before and upon arrival. This approach enables us to offer competitive rates without having to increase the nightly cost to accommodate electricity consumption.
At our self-catering condo, we strive to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Upon check-in, we supply you with a starter package containing essential supplies. This includes a 1.5L bottle of drinking water, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a 40g bar of hand soap per bathroom, dishwashing soap, a handy-wipe, a sponge, 2 single-serve coffee bags with filters, a single load of laundry detergent, a box of matches, and 2 trash bags per container. If you require any additional items, we provide directions to the nearest grocery store for your convenience.
We really enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is within walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and the supermercado. We didn’t have any issues. Since you only get 25 kWh a day, you will need to pay additional electric charges but they explain all of that.
property was amazing, location was A1 !! only issue i have is that they give you a electricity alloance amd if you go over it you have to pay the balance. i can understand what they are doing specially in a place with 6 air conditioners, dont want them to be running non-stop 24-7, but even me really limiting the use i went over it, it was only turned on at night on rooms. besides that the property was amazing!!!

Es kommt sicherlich auf die Erwartungen an. Europäische Standards sind in Sachen, sanitäre Bereiche nicht zu erwarten. Rost, kalkmachen in solchen Ländern bestimmt nicht einfach alles in Stand zu halten. Die matratzen waren auch fertig. .Für 16 übernachtung waren o.k.2x wasserausfall.aber die verwaltung antwortet rasch und versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Mit Stromverbrauch haben wir als bewusste Menschen keine Probleme. Gewünscht hätten wir sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse und Moskitonetz am fenster. .Lage war super, betreffend, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Am Strand war es nicht so schön, da es sehr viel Seegras überlagert war. Aber in 10 Minuten nach links wurde es viel besser. Nach rechts gar nicht. Alles in allem waren wir recht zufrieden

Condo à quelques minutes de a plage avec tous les services à distance de marche. Condo très spacieux, très éclairé, très propre, bien équipé et lits super confortables. Par contre, aucun moustiquaire, la photo en montre et c’est mentionné dans la description du condo.Suggestions: Chaises de plage nous avons dû acheter des chaises genre camping. La location de chaises au Beach Club est dispendieuse pour un long séjour, environ 10$ us par jour/par personne Table sur le balcon permettant de prendre les repas Le coffret de sûreté devrait être dans la plus grande chambre à l’étagePour terminer, un excellent service de l’équipe de GoPuntaCana

This was our first time doing a vacation rental vs an all-inclusive or cruise for a Caribbean vacation and we were very satisfied. We enjoyed learning about the local people, eating in fabulous restaurants close by and a more flexible, relaxing daily schedule. The unit was very spacious, a lovely rooftop patio and in a good location. A few downsides are that you have to purchase drinking water, hot water is limited, no beach chairs and you also pay for electricity used beyond $10/day. I would definately return to this location.
