Nice, comfortable condo. Clean and well-appointed. The QR scanning process to enter the garage is a bit of a pain, but overall this is a very pleasant place to stay in Winter Park. Very convenient to the resort base and village.

Thanks for the review! We don't manage the garage but are thankful it's very safe and secure! Hope to host you again soon!
Property is well maintained, has everything you and your family need and is just steps from the hill. Would definitely rent again! Don't miss the hot tub!
This condo was perfect for a spring ski trip to WP. It's easy walking distance to the village and the lift. Easy parking an access to the unit. Would definitely stay here again.
This condo is not only at the bottom of the mountain, it’s just steps away from the Gondola and other activities. It’s very convenient to the properties hot tub as well. It’s also one of the few with air conditioning, a valuable luxury as days grow warmer.
We enjoyed our stay here.
Amazing location. Walking distance to gondola and coffee. We came on the winter express train. And were able to walk to the condo. Very convenient. Elevator made it easy to get to the floor. It has everything we needed, including hair straightener and tea. We were also able to check in early and drop off our stuff before going skiing.

Thank you for the great review! Come see us again soon!
Very clean and has a prime location in the resort. My three kids each managed to have their own bedding among the sofa bed, ottoman bed, and fold-out mattress on the floor. They were very happy to have streaming TV. The bathroom is large, with a large size tub and a separate shower. The kitchen is well-equipped. We used it for daily breakfast and a few simple dinner.

Acceptable, but not ‘ski in -ski out. Short walk to the lift. Totally fine, but don’t call it ski in ski out if you can’t actually do it. Also, could use a refresh. But again I was not bothered.
The room and amenities are good-decent bed, nice to see that there were extra pillows and sheets and a pull out couch. The hot tub was good too. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the main gondola lift and food-solid location. The parking was extremely frustrating though and the property management didn’t seem to have any control over it. I would stay here again regardless, but dealing w tech support for 1 hour to get parking corrected really ruined our first night at the property.

Thank you, Lauren, for taking the time to leave a review! We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the tech support for the parking garage. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over that part because we only manage the condo. We are glad you enjoyed the condo!
Had a really fun week at winter park, this property is a short walk to the Gondola and village, really convenient. The property was nice, a little tight with four people but certainly ok for the week. No negatives except was surprised to find there was no oven. I’m sure it’s not listed but was just a miss and something I assumed to be there.

Thanks Andy for taking the time to leave the review! It sounds like a 5 star review and we aren't sure why it was only 4. But, to comment on the oven, the microwave is used as a microwave and convection oven! Thanks again!

We LOVED staying here! Communication was the best we've ever had at a vacation rental. Parking was easy and convenient. We needed 8' clearance, and there were spots for us. Pricing for parking with the code/coupon was very reasonable ($20ish per day). Condo was just a short walk to the gondola for a great day skiing. Place was clean. And, surprisingly comfortable for 5. Tight quarters at night, but that was expected with a 1-bedroom. There's a sleeper sofa plus an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed. There was another foam fold out bed that we didn't use, but overall, we were impressed with the sleeping options. Perfect for a short visit.
This was our first stay at Frasier Crossing and every family member agree this was a great condo. So many more "Pros" than "Cons."Pros:1) Location2) Many sleeping options (bed, pullout couch, thick sleeping pad.3) Well Stocked condo with labeled lights and shelves4) Huge Bathroom5) Fast Elevators!6) Easy ski locker access7) great temperature in the unit8) quiet9) ski boot dryer/warmerCons:1) Hottub is currently being renovated (this was our biggest downside. targeting a 2/14 opening, check with host before booking)2) we typically never pay for ski condo parking - 21/day fee3) not a Full kitchen (two burners and microwave, no stove)4) not a big deal, but a long walk from elevator to room
Great 1BR condo, walking distance to Village and Gondola
Clean and well maintained 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo. 2-3 min walk from the condo to the main Winter Park village and gondola. Rented it via VRBO however most communications for check in and ad-hoc questions were handled by some Winter Park Properties team. They did an EXCELLENT job with pre-checkin/arrival details too. Condo has a king bed in the main bedroom and a pull out couch bed that sleeps two. The one bathroom has a great shower and separate tub. Only minor rub is that the outdoor hot rub on the property is RIGHT outside the bedroom so sometimes late night revelers were making noise in the hot tub, however the hot tub closes around 10pm so then ended the noise/distraction. Overall, a great and cost effective stay and super support/communications from those involved. LOVED it.

Thanks Mike for taking time to review the property and leave a stunning review! We are so glad you loved the property and you had a great time! Come back anytime, it was a pleasure to host you!
Very convenient to slopes and village with all the amenities one could want. Was great not to have to get in the car for three days. Property was clean and comfortable, and had all of the amenities one could want. Communication with the property manager was also great and on site parking, while a bit extra, was key. Recommend if you are looking for a long weekend get away.
