Three Days of R and R
The cabin was nice. There were man extras that were at the cabin. The kitchen had a lot of space, and extra items that were useful. The outside of the cabin was well kept. Overall, the deal is good.
We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the game room. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. The only issue that wasn’t really an issue is the game system wouldn’t work. But we played ping pong and enjoyed the outside stuff
We were in town for 5 days. Brought our boat and 4 wheelers. Beaver Bend was great for fishing and tubing. Such a beautiful lake! We road 53000 trails with our 4 wheelers and also rented a Razor.
Janet’s treasurer chest was great about giving us a riding trail map.
The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed. Was very relaxing and cozy. We will def stay again in the future.
We come to Broken Bow once a year and never want to leave.
We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of space! We cooked together, sat at the table and ate together, made s’mores by the fire and played lots of games! It was a great stay!
We had a fantastic weekend. The cabin was great, and the booking and check-in was easy. We were greeted by text message from the property owner upon arrival and again before we left. Great place to stay!
The cabin was roomy and had a great layout. It was also very convenient to the park and Hochatown for other activities. The owner texted me so I had her number and her property manager in case we needed anything.
Highly recommend this cabin. It was about 10 mins from the marina, 10 mins from Beaver Bend Park and 10 mins from Walmart. All bases covered. Cabin was great! Kids loved the xbox and ping pong table. Everything we needed was at the cabin besides food. Loved the week we spent there.
We are very disappointed in our stay with all the things not working properly. We booked thinking we had activities for kids at the cabin and nothing works properly. We need a partial refund for the things not available if you can get me in touch with the people in charge. Corn hole is broken, horse shoes missing, play station doesn't work, air hockey table broken, living room pull out is broken, freezer sounds like it is going to blow up, ceiling fan in living room doesnt work. I know this is a rental property but this is unacceptable for the money we spend to come and stay. We book every year and this has been the worst.

Hi Kevin, we take it seriously when guests let us know when we missed the mark and would like to share the following comments from the homeowner:
- We want all our guests to enjoy their stays and sincerely apologize for the listing inaccuracies that affected your stay.
- We have recently updated or replaced many items that we were unaware had been damaged, including the following: We've replaced the ceiling fan, ordered a new pull-out sofa, bought new cornhole boards, horseshoe sets, and a tetherball. We are in the process of replacing the air hockey table with a ping pong table and the Playstation with a new Xbox.
We hope that the measures taken help to make up for the inconveniences you experienced and look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.

Great location, nice outdoor area, low quality
Jamie was super great about arriving quickly to address our immediate needs with the cabin upon our arrival. The cabin decor is nice and the open vaulted ceiling is welcoming. It was nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. You do need another blow dryer in the extra bath. The kitchen was well furnished and the hot tub was clean and ready. The lights outside around the fire pit were a nice ambience. Some constructive criticisms would be the following: The furnishings are not of quality. The beds upstairs are quite questionable honestly for sturdiness and the adult sleeping in the full size bed was very leery. It would be nice to have a table or lamp of some kind upstairs as well for that bed, and there is a picture not hung on the wall. Both queen beds downstairs need mattress protectors that do not make noise when you sleep. The rustling when you turn is disturbing. I don't know how to fix this issue and still protect the mattress, but it's my personal feedback. Also, the tetherball is busted and broken, and the air hockey table makes a HORRENDOUS noise when turned on. Both of these features were in part why I rented this place, expecting the need to occupy teenagers on this trip. They were disappointed. Lastly, there was someone that came and cut the grass on Tuesday, and blew grass all over the front porch and it tracked into the cabin. They could have at least blown the front porch and its rocking chairs off, just sloppy. Plenty of parking for a boat and several vehicles. Great location right off the highway and within walking distance of the Buffalo Grill and Janets Treasure Chest. I would say this cabin could only sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably.

The cabin was pretty spacious for our family, very roomy and homey. Overall it was a very nice cabin
Was a good experience but the dishwasher was leaking water, the soap dispenser top was missing, the refrigerator light was not working and also I think updating their bath towels would be nice.
One of the comments I read after I booked this place, said that the capacity of 12 was not correct that it was more like 7-8. Our party consisted of 2 families, 5 adults, 5 boys from ages 8 to 14, and 2 girls, a toddler and 10 yr old. The beds are queen size. The room upstairs has a triple bunk bed, top is twin, bottom is full and there is an additional mattress that pulls out from the bottom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a full size mattress. We took an additional air mattress and all the boys ended up sleeping in the game room on the floor, they didn't like bunk beds said felt too wobbly so we pulled the mattresses out from the bunk beds and laid them all side by side in the game room and they all slept there just fine. That game room was a hit for the boys. Our stay was mostly cloudy, off and on light rain so it was great to have a room that kept the boys occupied indoors. The fire pit was also great, kids loved it.
The hot tub is really small, maybe max 4. Do take extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, there are some there but if you have a large group, like we did, you will need more. And also, take Laundry detergent!! Our stay was only 2 nights but we washed 4 loads of towels and kids clothes. There were pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils but we took plastic wear and paper Plates. The place comes furnished with most basic kitchen items, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. There is a gas and charcoal grill but they need to be cleaned, they were very dirty and greasy. Overall, it was a nice place, and we did enjoy our stay and everyone had a good time.
This property is in a great location easy to get to beaver bend state park and broken Bow lake. Very family friendly. We had a great time.

Nice cabin but was mis leading and not the cleanest
Cabin advertises that sleeps 10 but I would not recommend for more than 6 or 7. Only had 2 baths and not 2 1/2 as advertised. In my opinion way overpriced for its size compare to others I've stayed at. Trash was scattered in corners through out the cabin including dirty que tips, tissues and random snack wrappers. Dirty towels in kitchen and "pull out" bed upstairs was nothing more than a cushion.
