The houses have three bedrooms and three bathrooms inside the house and a maids quarters outside the house.

He is a custom home builder from the United States and has built over 1,000 homes in Nicaragua over the last few years He fell in love with San Juan Del Sur and decided to build his own vacation home there in Pacific Marlin, thus Malibu was created. Lance and his wife Robyn own and manage several homes in Malibu.
