Perfect location to all amusement parks!

The house was huge and very well accomodated. The beds were comfy, the furniture was cozy as well. The temp was frozen at 72° so if that is an issue for you this might not be the house for you. The house was very clean. We had some issues with the dryer not working and the dishwasher top rack was a moldy mess and stunk bad! We did pay for pool heat and it was on, however the pool was so filthy we did not use it. Now, with all that being said i would rent this house again. The issues are minor overall for what we needed the house for. One other thing was this house has a 2 car garage and we thought we could park the vehicle inside. Wrong. There was a car inside along with bicycles and other items. Not a big deal, but it was a little unsettling to not have been told about it. Simply put in the listing the garage is off limits to guests would be nice. In regards to the welcome binder, i think it could be re done to make some of the required items more easily understood on when and how to do them. It appears the book is a general guide to a variety of properties managed by Jeeves. The big problem really is the Jeeves management company. I tried to contact them using the VRBO app per normal and the app was not working. So then i emailed them through thier email address in the welcome binder. No response. I did reach someone on our last day and was told theynwould reach out to me later in the day. It's been 5 days with no response. Overall great house, great location, bad mgt

Nice House -Terrible Property Management

The house was nice but in need of some TLC. The carpet is tired upstairs and the master mattress is bumpy. The house was a great set up for us though. The frustrating part was the pool/hot tub. I have documentation confirming we paid for pool heat prior to arrival. We got there and the pool was dirty and cold. I reached out to Jeeves right away and they had someone there to turn the pool heat on right away, and were told the pool cleaning company would add us to the end of their route that day. They never showed. I called back the next morning and was told we were second on the schedule for that morning, and they never showed. They finally came sometime in the afternoon on the 2nd day. We weren't there as we had to rearrange our plans because we couldn't use the pool. Justin at Jeeves told me I would be getting reimbursed for the pool heat but nothing has been done and he will not return my calls. We will not do business with Jeeves in the future. The house is in good condition and in a great location. Reunion is an awesome place too, I just wish Jeeves could do better.....

Reunion rental/stay Sept 2022

The property is nice, there are several things that need to be improved or fixed, and a couple of issues that took away from our stay. I think someone forgot to turn on the pool/spa heat when they were supposed to, as it was not on the day of check in and we did not get to enjoy the spa as planned. I expect to be refunded the one night of pool heat I paid for. I had to email the property manager and they came out the second day and apparently turned it on. There is NO LATCH on the pool gate, which is probably unsafe and we had a toddler with us. should fix that asap. We enjoyed the pool and spa once it was working. The pool deck needs to be washed/pressure washed. Door squeeks very badly on queen bedroom upstairs. There was a lack of communication that someone was coming to the property, on two different occasions. one day a pool guy showed up, didn't announce himself and just went in the back yard to the pool. he did not knock on the door or identify himself. on another day, someone came to secure the pool area for the hurricane plan, which I understand had to be done, but no one notified us that someone would be coming by. Is there a timer on the thermostat for the house AC? If so, it needs to be turned off, or you need to let renters know it's on a timer. we set the thermostat on 72 as required, but while we were gone during the day, someone either came in and turned it up, or it was on a timer to turn it up. the upstairs was warm when we came back from a hot day at Disney and took a while to cool off. There was a car parked in the garage, therefore we could not use the garage to store one on our cars. several of the bathrooms seems to have issues with the sinks, faucets, plumbing etc. drain problem in master bath on front of house. Cold water faucet issue in queen bedroom upstairs. The stove top seems to not be fully working on one burner. It's a great house, there are just a few things that need to be attended to. some things seem to be thrown together for renter stay. Please let me know how and when I will be refunded for the spa heat that we missed. thank you
