Luxurious comfort awaits you at our fabulous San Carlos Condominiums located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything about the 142 unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool perfect for the entire family. This 3rd floor 1568 sq ft west corner condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bath one of 4 smart flat screen TV's or sit and relax in the new furnishings. Stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features professional décor and full size washer/dryer. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted

Free Public Wi-Fi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through mid-April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property, and workers may be present outside of unit balconies. You may close your drapes if added privacy is desired while workers are present. As a result of the swing stages, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.

Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.

You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Excellent Stay for Hangout

Beautiful, clean, and quiet place to stay. Easy walking distance to Hangout. Even though it was crowded because of the festival, it was very quiet. Good security too.

Large 3rd floor condominium with a beautiful beach view! Our family of four had more than enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. The condo was very clean for the most part, however the carpets had quite a few stains and could use a good cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need to prepare meals. Easy access to the pool area and a short walk to the beach.Overall it was great and we would stay here again!

Location Location!

Right on the beach with beautiful pool and new top quality outdoor furniture at pool and on our deck. Would definitely stay here again. Condo was very clean and neat. The large sectional sofa and pllows were great. Kitchen well stocked. A problem with only hot water going into wash machine was remedied very quickly with a call to Young's Suncoast. Highly recommend!

Shrimp Festival Weekend 2023

The condo was much nicer than the pictures, well appointed and all the TVs were excellent. The balcony furniture was first class. The unit is on the corner and provides a great view. Everything is close and within walking distance. We never drove anywhere.

We recently stayed there for Spring Break and the overall experience was great! The details and descriptions were accurate. The pool was closed due to construction, but they let us know that ahead of time and gave some compensation for that. With the condo being right by the pool, this was actually a blessing for us since it kept it quiet throughout the day. We had the beach which was wonderful! Lots to do nearby and lots of good restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Issues at property

The condo was nice and location great but there was a sudden announcement 2 days before our trip that the pool would be closed for the duration of our stay. I asked the property manager if there would be any consideration for a credit for those days, and once we arrived reported an issue with a smell coming from the laundry area but never received a response to either inquiry.

Bad: tv screen in queen bedroom was discolored. One plug beside nightstand in king room stopped working. Needed more storage containers in kitchen. Would have been nice to have dark shades for living room balcony windows and double Queen bedroom. Good: beautiful view. 3rd floor-quick access to ground floor same floor as fitness center, trash shoot right outside door, stairway right outside door, king bedroom was nice and spacious, the extra ice maker was very nice, full size washer and dryer Thank you!
