We loved it there very nice property my little doggy enjoy all the surroundings. And especially the pathway walks and beaches opposite the location, i would love stay in the future thankyou so much kind regards Caroline Canham
Very well presented, clean property and equipped with everything you need. Quiet location, ideal for a nice relaxing stay.
Being able to open the garage door with a remote would have been a help.
We had a relaxing stay at the property.
The property is well equipped and clean and tidy.
The communication with the property manager was good with prompt responses.
Neighbourhood was quiet and it was close enough to Busselton without feeling like you were right in the heart of the town.
Thank-you for letting stay at your accomodation.
BBQ would be better if it had a solid plate option.. hard to grill eggs and sausages! Really disappointed that upstairs bedroom does not have ensuite and no light switch at bottom of the stair...or if there is, we didn't find it!
We stayed 2 nights and brought along our pet spoodle. The townhouse was conveniently located next door to convenience / cafe and marina restaurant. We only tried coffee one morning and it was pleasant. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable though both bathrooms were located on the ground floor with the 3 bedroom upstairs. minor inconvenience. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ a bonus. Complimentary bikes with helmets (abeit for people with small heads) was much appreciated as bike trails just outside.Would recommend as clean and well maintained holiday home.
We have stayed at the Marina before so new what to expect from the location. The property is spacious, clean, very well equipped with things like dishwasher tablets, coffee etc.It was very handy having the garage remote and our BMX 5 fitted in no problem.TVs were linked to the internet so easy to watch YouTube Netflix etc.The neighbourhood was quiet and neighbours were friendly.Comfortable sofas and kept the place warm with the reverse aircon. The pub is a few minutes walk away but if you want to visit the beach or Busselton then it’s no more than a 10 minute drive. Nice walkways along the ocean on your doorstep, will likely book this place again.Make sure you are familiar with the local authority rules on not leaving pets unattended at holiday lets as we were not aware.

Great Location
Was very disappointed with the communication with property manager with the booking service and lead up to our stay at this property.
The house was tidy, but the floors were filthy we all had black feet within walking in the house for only a short time.

Thank you for your Review Shana. Im not sure why you have any disappointment with my communication. You called after 9.00pm on a Friday night (2nd September) which I responded to with a message. Due to the late hour I obviously was not in front of a computer to answer a payment question. You were sent 4 emails from us, 0 which you responded to and then a day prior to arrival you contacted me for check-in details which had been emailed out 6 days prior to you checking in which I screenshot to you and you then found in your spam file. All text messages were responded to within 5 minutes, no email communication was ever received from you. If your disappointed because I texted you instead of answering your call after 9:00pm I apologise but we do not run a 24/7 office for general enquiries. To avoid future disappointment I suggest calling during business hours for general inquiries and checking emails for communication. The floor was mopped before you checked in as it is done after every booking.
Best wishes

The house is a good size and well equiped. It lacks the view over the Marina or an outlook to Geographe Bay, so not as good a location as others we have stayed in nearby.
The upstairs queen bedroom is very comfortable but strangely there is no bathroom upstairs.
The house is air conditioned throughout.
The double garage is very tight for two vehicles given the bikes and kayaks stored there.
Nice comfy house, had everything. Generally clean, but all the surfaces were sticky. (Maybe use a different cleaning agent.) Didn't use the kayak as no direct water access. Had problems to pump up the bike tyres, thus didn't use the bikes. Will bring our own next time. Otherwise all good, easy to check in.

Hi Alfred,
Thank you for your review. The kayaks can be launched at the boat ramp approx 200m from the house. Or they can be taken across the road to the beach and used. Sorry to hear you had a problem trying to use our pump, please always reach out to the property host if you need assistance with something so we can resolve during your stay or offer suggestions.
Comfortable, spacious house, however the ad is a bit misleading, as stated in the advert "The home is nestled between the Ocean and Port Geographe Marina, which are both only meters away."
The unit is in a complex without any water views. So out the front you are looking at the neighboring properties and a narrow driveway and the out the back is the main road and other properties. The swimming beach is over 1km away, not just meters away as stated. And the marina is only accessible from the properties opposite this one. The lockable garage is too small to park a dual cab ute, so we had to park in an open parking lot.
Advert needs to truly reflect the actual location of this property.
