Beachside 880 offers walking distance to everything or you can just sit back in comfort on the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

The architecturally designed balcony apartment is the whole top floor with separate private entrance, undercover parking and offers welcome and style with all amenities to enjoy elegant beachside living made easy. Fabulous kitchen with views. Big living areas with views.

King Size beds, luxurious couches, 1 full bathroom with bath and walk in shower and a separate large powder room and toilet. Luxury linens, fans heating and air-conditioning make Beachside 880 an all year round destination. A complete internal hidden laundry is great for families.

Fabulous chef's kitchen , your own barbecue on the deck or simply choose from the dining opportunities in Busselton including gold plate award winning restaurants, and the Margaret River wineries just 30 minutes away.

The beach is 50 metres in front of the apartment and safe swimming, parks, jetty jumping, cafes, bars, shopping, yacht club and restaurants are nearby. For the active guests, the tennis club, skate park, children's fun park, cycling are close by with safe swimming and the famous Busselton Jetty and underwater observatory. And there is a deep relaxing bath to enjoy soaking your cares away.

Busselton hosts the International CinefestOz Film festival, major Ocean Swimming and Triathlon events , many sporting championships , Open Studios Arts Festival and concert series throughout the year - reserve your bookings now. Great house in a great location

This is a fantastic property. The location is ideal to walk into Busselton, walk along the foreshore or sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. We loved staying here and will be back again.

The apartment was as per photos , everything was perfect.The location is fab, 1 minute to beach, 3mins to the fantastic Busselton Jettyand great restaurants and breweries Excellent communications with both Susan and Peter.When we travel back to Perth we would love to stay here again

We love the ocean and welcome the chance to be near it every day - in it as we love swimming, on it as we love sailing and surfing and stand up paddling, and walking next to it, bbq - ing near it, watching the sunset over it!! having a comfortable, relaxed home to share is wonderful.

What makes this property unique

The chance to build something that gives us such close proximity to this magical place was once in a lifetime. We built to share the home and make others feel as at home here as we do. It's unique balcony with wide views across the bay is a perfect place to enjoy beachside life. It's special open kitchen and living room with views and the spectacular glass doors mean you can enjoy the views in comfort all year round.
