This is a huge area with everything you need for a stay on Fraser Island. A great base for visiting all the amazing areas the Island has to offer. It was very affordable and there was plenty of room for the 11 of us to sread out in the evenings after our day out. Would definitely recommend
Nice little tucked away shed with all a group needs.
Nice little property packed with all a group needs, signage/name out front to identify it would have been better as it is tucked behind another one with a different name and the host can be difficult to get hold of at times as he's not on the island, ran in to a neighbour that knew his mother out the back and all was good, great stay otherwise amd would stay there again.

Property review
Property was hot, ceiling fans are on a timer, but they never came on.
No power points to use, only two USB outlets to charge phones.
Photo indicates there is a pool table to play , this table is not part of staying at the property.

Thank you for choosing Blue Horizon for your stay. Blue Horizon does have ceiling fans on timers and when you activate they run for two hours, simply by pushing the button. Sorry about the NO power points but our website clearly indicates we don’t have power points due to the property being run by solar power and we can not have external devices plugged in and destroying our power system( even thought the own did provide you with a power cord just to help you out). Sorry about the pool table but the tenants just before you broke the pool cues and ripped the table felt.
House had plenty of room great entertainment area good for meals only downside had no power points at all only a usb point in kitchen and fans in lounge are on a 2 hr timer back rooms were very hot great for adults but not this generation of kids as there is no wifi value for money though considering your on Fraser
We had 3 families stay at the house at Orchid beach, it was perfect especially considering we didn't have the best conditions. The owner was very helpful
Property was perfect for us, After spending all day out exploring and it was good to come back to a hot shower and kick back in the patio or on the couch watching tv. Lorelle was a great host and easy to deal with.
Good place to spread out and socialise. Well equipped kitchen. Very relaxing and great for family or fishing holidays. Caretaker baked a birthday cake which was a lovely touch. Fire pit was a big hit with the boys..

Hi Tom, thank you for your stay at Blue Horizons. If hassling your group means supplying you power steering fluid to help you get home, or tell you that you had to put all the beds back in the beds rooms you took them from, plus the beer you spilled on the timber floor and not cleaned up, which has damaged the timber flooring behind repair.
