Great space for a short stay

Friends and i stayed here during a trip to Red Rocks and it was great! We were able to check-in early since we arrived into town early, and the space was exactly as advertised. Clean, nice, plenty of space between bedrooms. Would def stay here again!

Sporting Event at Dicks Sporting Good Event Center

The house was clean, comfortable and the location was great for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked for everything needed when cooking, having the washer and dryer was a bonus. Sheets were awesome, water pressure in shower was great, and a designated parking spot was good. For all future events we will return to your location

Met our needs

Coxy, clean, and functional space. Location is convenient, near soccer stadium and access to highways. However, neighborhood is a little rundown. As listing states, this is a basement unit and you can hear everything happening in the property above. It worked for us as a place to crash while exploring the Denver area. Jeremiah was very clear on check in and out expectations.

Very good communication with property manager! Stairwell to basement was very dirty Trash cans by back door very stinky (maggots) Needs dish cloths for kitchen An extra roll or two of toilet tissue would be nice New shower curtain rod (very rusty) Overall things were nice, probably would not have picked it knowing location, but the place was fine and very convenient to the soccer fields.

Decided NOT to stay

We arrived at the location with the directions provided, but with a little hesitance as the neighborhood seemed questionable. My first observation upon entering the unit were spider eggs on the baseboard of the kitchen. One spider would not have been that bad, but upon inspecting the room where we would be sleeping there were more spiders and spider eggs in the corner of the ceiling which I wiped away. Didn't really phase me as I was trying to stay positive, but at the same time, my partner was trying to catch and get rid of some moths in another room. We thought we had it under control, so we left to find the nearest Walmart to buy bathroom essentials. Upon our return, a spider web had formed at the entrance of the stairs which my partner cleared with his face. Entering the unit, there were more moths and spiders waiting for us. While emailing the property manager about our concerns, we heard loud pops which we couldn't tell if they were gun shots or fireworks. Also, previous to our arrival and before these events, the property manager notified us a technician would be coming by to do maintenance in the HVAC unit. There were almost 3 weeks to perform any type of maintenance that needed to be done previous to our arrival and we did not feel comfortable with someone walking in while we were there. We decided NOT to stay for all these reasons, and I emailed the property manager but there was no response received.

We exterminate regularly and moths this spring have been really really bad. Having an HVAC unit serviced in the middle of the day, could be viewed as an inconvenience, but it’s an absolute that not having heat or air conditioning would be materially worse. We didn’t end up having the unit serviced due to their reaction. This unit stays very busy and it’s a challenge to schedule while it’s vacant. This review is an outlier - we aren’t moth or spider infested and we obviously maintain the property as evident by this review. It’s unfortunate they had such a bad experience and we regret that it happened.

Great experience, apartment was nice. Some of the things were dirty. Shower Rodbwas rusty, k cup machine would dispense murky water. Other than that I have no complaints.

We would probably stay here again when visiting our family. familyour family.

This is a spacious, clean and well appointed vacation rental. I would, however, mention that it is a basement, with someone living above on the main floor who has a dog. They keep odd hours and woke us up frequently. Also, parking can be challenging in that neighborhood. There was no kleenex or bath soap in the unit and every night we came back to the unit, there were large brown moths that we had to chase and remove..
