A friendly front porch awaits your morning cup of coffee, so you can plan out your day while you gaze beyond at tropical surroundings and neighbors passing by. Inside you will find an inviting space with cosy furnishings and a flat screen TV to gather around on a lazy afternoon. A fully equipped kitchen is accompanied by an indoor dining area and bar seating to enjoy meals together. Perch the French doors open to bring the breezy outdoors inside. YouTube TV is offered so you can stream your favourite shows.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This newly renovated gem totals 2 king bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination. Each room is equipped with a cosy kings bed and a flat screen TV. A queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.

Amazing place, pictures online don’t do it justice. Beds were extremely cozy and soft. Quite area, no noses at all, great A/C. Property owners were always in communication if we needed any thing. Would recommend this place to anyone. .

OMG what a great place to stay. Absolutely perfect for two couples or small family. Location, location, location is outstanding. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Plenty of outlets, towels, pillow and seating. Attention to details like drink coasters and air conditioner remotes perfectly placed. Water is hot and tv’s in bedroom and living room. Too hot to use back patio during the day. Clean, clean, clean inside and out. Plenty of lighting! Backed a minivan in the parking area and a golf cart! I honestly can’t recommend or suggest one thing to change or add to the property. I wish I owned this place to use on weekends. Best VRBO ever. St Augustine VRBO experience is now second to Island Daze.

Memorable Memorial Day

The yard area is stunning and a perfect morning hangout with coffee or prosecco. It is steps from Duval by the Southern most point. Gorgeous, comfortable, spotless, and would definitely stay again. The kitchen has the cutest eclectic selection of glassware as well. There are two neighborhood cats (clearly with collars and used to people) who like to come hang out in the morning. They are very friendly and watching them play together is hilarious.

The cottage was clean and very close to the quiet end of Duvall Street. The sitting area was separated from the bedrooms by the kitchen, allowing someone to watch tv in the morning or evening without disturbing other sleeping guests. The contact person was very responsive when we had any questions.
