Beautiful condo, great location!
Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this property, just across the street from the Giant Steps resort in Brian Head. We can't wait to come back!

We are so happy you enjoyed this loft home and location. See you next time.
Loved everything about our stay here. The location is right across from the Giant Steps ski lift. Our children loved the shuffle board and air hockey games. Contrary to previous posts, our communication with property management was responsive and excellent. We would definitely rent here again.
Amazing luxurious and spacious condo close to everything. Very clean and well kept. We have been coming up here for over 30 years and by far one of the best place we have ever stayed.
We will definitely be renting this condo again!

Spontaneous getaway
The location was great. Close to giant steps lift. Located across the street from the general store and coffee shop. The condo was spacious. The living room was cozy. The bbq grill on the patio and the games upstairs were a nice touch. The access to the condo was ok. The staircase to the entrance of the condo was long. Overall, the place was awesome. I love that we had a garage for our 1 vehicle.
The location is perfect for accessing Giant Steps lodge. The view is incredible. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and have a nice stay. We did have a small issue with the cleanliness of one of the restrooms but they sent someone out to clean it and it turned out great. The response time was very quick. I would definitely stay here again with my friends and family.
Cleaning was taking place when we showed up at 4:10. Final check in was 4:45.
Great place! Need to have matching blender set. Clean behind beds, dirty balls. Clean outside the bedroom windows. There is trash outside. Would stay again!

Thank you for your review and the items have been taken care of. Please return again soon.
The whole trip was messed up. First place booked was flooded. Second place couldn't get into. Third place didn't have the right beds. Jetted tub didn't work. No coffee, no sugar. Limited pans garage code didn't work. BBQ dirty. Part of the recliner couch was broken. Almost out of body wash upstairs. Overall not a great experience. Will not stay there again. Disappointed
Great location, nice apartment but could be even better
The apartment is very conveniently located directly across from the Giant Steps lifts. There is garage parking. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and has lots of light. Some of the things you would expect for the kitchen and cleaning are missing. The place could really use a deep clean and some additions to flatware and cookware. The management company was very friendly, responsive and quick.

High Volume Rental
Lacked cleanliness. There were crumbs everywhere, dishes were dirtly, linens and towels were stained. It was gross.
Property Management communication was excellent. They need to get a new cleaning crew and updat some of the wear and tear on the condo and this could be a great house.
Property Management does not do a good snow removal and no place to park in winter.
Wrong door and garage door codes. No signs for The Moguls. Garage not marked. Fireplace not lit. Televisions not working properly. No teaspoons provided. Heat was hard to regulate between bedrooms and no extra blankets provided until requested.

Great Location....small fixes would make it 5 stars
The location is perfect; you are right across the street from Giant Steps Resort and lifts. The living area is nice with great views of the resort. If not for the location, I would probably not have rated this property as high. The cleanliness of it was subpar, which would be an easy fix, as many reviews have mentioned this. The kitchen lacks basics such as plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Halfway into our trip, the TV no longer had cable, and after several back-and-forth messages, we were told that the entire mountain had the cable go out. However, our friends next door had no issues. We were told to use the Apple remote and the TV as a smart TV, but there was no Apple remote, and they mentioned having the property management drop one off, which they never did. It was a minor inconvenience, but for the price you are paying, it feels like this property is simply banking on its great location and not doing much else to add to amenities or the comfort of their guests.

Wonderful Location, poor communication and property needs attention
We were given the wrong code for the door and if I hadn't been able to get in out of dumb luck we would have been stuck outside until the next morning waiting on an updated code. The garage door was missing the handle, multiple doors in the house have loose handles. There is water damage in the master bath, only 6 spoons and a hundred forks in the kitchen. The big garage door wouldn't close all the way because the snow was keeping it from reaching the bottom and there was no shovel to be found to clear the path. Had to disconnect the garage door opener to manually close the door. The heat would reset every night to 55* and we were never told how to fix that, so every morning we would wake up cold and I would have to go turn the heat back on.
Overall we would stay there again because the location and price were great, but these very easy to fix issues certainly detracted from our stay and created frustration.

Not great, not terrible.
We picked this location primarily due to the cost savings factor. We knew the reviews ranged from terrible to good. Upon arrival, we found that the refrigerator/freezer was not working. We had to place our perishable groceries out on the patio in the freezing cold so they would not spoil. Text messages were sent to the property and we were told that they were on it. Unfortunately, the fridge was not fixed until 4 days later. Despite multiple attempts, we were never able to reach a real person to discuss the issue. Texts were exchanged, but they were very generic responses. The only people who actually spoke to us were the maintenance guys and they were super helpful. Maybe it's just me, but I would think that calling a visitor to ensure them that things would be taken care of and offering them some kind of discount would be the thing to do, but it was not to be. To be fair, the actual building was fine and our family enjoyed our stay, despite having to use the patio as a refrigerator. However, due to the serious lack of personal communication with those who run the property, we would not recommend this location. Save yourself some hassle and go rent from real individuals rather than a management group.
Great views of the slopes, right across the street
It was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. We were told we would have internet/wifi and it never worked. I messaged the manager several times and got very slow responses and innacurate statements. We were there 4 days and never had internet. It felt like we were just being ignored and no action was being taken to correct it. If you plan to stay, be prepared to not have service.
Dirty, aged, poor supplies, very poor customer service!
Upon arrival, garage code wasn’t provided and keyless entry didn’t work. After finally getting into the unit, dirty and not cleaned at all! Dirty floors, pieces of food and trash all over the kitchen, dirty bathtubs, and worst of all dirty sheets with hairs and stains! No laundry detergent provided (it was supposed to be provided) so we couldn’t wash the sheets. Terrible first day/night experience. I swept all the floors with a broom and dustpan that I made myself with a cereal box because there wasn’t one in the unit. I went to the store the next day to buy laundry detergent and washed all the sheets. After contacting the property manager and asking for my cleaning fee refunded….. crickets!! After 3 weeks, still trying to get in touch with someone at “Family Time Vacation Rentals” for my refund. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Great property. Great location. Everything provided. Was a great weekend. Would def book again !!!

Modern condo with a great location
Our family throughly enjoyed our Brianhead getaway staying in Moguls. The view of the mountain while enjoying breakfast coffee is very peaceful. The location of being right across from Giant Steps can’t be beat. Having a garage is a plus. On the downside it was difficult getting into the unit upon arrival. We had to reach out to get the code to the front door, it wasn’t included in our check in email. The property manager was very responsive to any need throughout our stay. The kids loved playing air hockey and shuffle board in the loft.
