We had a terrible experience staying at this property! Called to see if we could check in early- management said no housekeeping was still cleaning wait until 4pm. Ok, totally fair 4pm is clearly posted check in time. Waited around, door code didn't work so call management again. They gave us a different code, we got in and the place was DISGUSTING. Every single bed had been slept in, every towel used, the cloudy spa smelled gross like urine, dirty dishes in the oven, 2 shattered/cracked windows in living room, food and debris all over the floors upstairs and down. Immediately called again and no one answered. We have 2 young kids who had already been waiting around over 2 hours so not knowing what else to do we started cleaning ourselves. Thankfully we found disinfecting spray and a vacuum to clean with and began doing the mountains of laundry so we could have clean sheets to sleep on and towels to shower. Finally got a text back saying they would check with housekeeping and I could contact the on site property manager. No answer, so I left a message and never heard back (she sent my calls straight to her voicemail after that). I called the main line again after still hearing nothing and was told the manager would be the one to help even though I explained she wasn't responding. I asked to at least have some clean towels and sheets so I wouldn't have to finish the 6 loads of laundry and those were finally dropped off at 8pm (4 hours later) by a very apologetic young girl. She said the manager would be contacting me, which to this day still hasn't happened.
One of the main reasons we booked this property over cheaper ones was the spa. I asked multiple times about it being cleaned. They tried to tell me someone came Thursday, then later said someone came Friday (the day it snowed and we spent all day in the condo and saw no one). We never got to use it.
I was told 3 times they would refund the cleaning fee. I said I felt it wasn't enough but would take it since it was something. I have yet to see this refund and am still texting them 2 weeks later. I've since followed up 3 times and they say "I'm checking with my team" every time.
We're shocked that a business could have such poor customer service and be so dishonest. Definitely not worth the money to stay in a condo with broken windows and unusable spa that you have to spend the first day of your vacation cleaning yourself.
